Probably one of the most tidy, put together Ross stores I've been in. Did buy a blouse that was a great deal for the quality. Very cute notebooks with stickers as well. My dad was also pretty impressed.

I'm not sure how people identify customer service anymore. I feel like a manager is there to make the on the spot decisions. I mean if not and all you do is hang up clothes with a head set on, Alexa could do that....right? There were 6 people in the store exactly 2 front dressing rooms are taken and 2 are empty in the back. I ask the head set lady hey may I use the dressing room in the back, these 2 are full and there 2 already waiting. She says no we don't have anyone to watch you. Not sure what that meant but i left my basket and grabbed the perfume paid and left. I always wonder how do people make sense of treating customers like this. Common sense the store is here for the consumer, not for the employees to stock shelves. If you are going a head set and play manager.....at least no when its appropriate you should on the spot decisions. I write this in hopes someone can help this woman with her prized head set.

cheapest place ever to do shopping in, you will find many brands like nike, adidas, puma, reebok, calvin klein, michael kors, tommy hilfiger, steve maden and many more, you need just to search everywhere as the place is not well organized and that’s the main reason why it’s cheap, you will find everything u need except groceries and electronics better stay away from.

Only one cashier was actually reminding customers about the senior discount. Luckily I overheard her so I could get discount too.
