Before I post this review... I want to be clear that I had zero intentions of replacing our Tempur-Pedic bed. Our polite conversation with Randy and the REM team was so care-free and pleasant, I felt at ease to settle my curiosity. There were no obligations to simply give it a test run. However I do admit that it was hard to resist the floor models' comfort. There was still no pressure. If I can appreciate one thing, I give full respect for letting me reach my own conclusions... No harm, no foul... In return, I gave it 3-4 months to form my review. No exaggeration, my first night sleep after the set-up was so peaceful. I didn't realize the true missing factor in my comfort was the cool temperature in the mattress. It was certainly a pleasant surprise and a game changer. Now that our mattress matches the climate here in Hawaii, I rest longer and healthier. That fact alone is out of bounds! For the value in price, it was by far the best money spent! I only wish I had found REM before I moved to Hawaii, I would have saved so much more. Personal shout out to Randy Maddix for your excellent customer service, and to REM Sleep Solutions for top notch valuable products.

Randy took such amazing care of us and went way above and beyond in making sure our delivery and install went well. The mattress and base are absolutely incredible and a much better price point than other companies. My family has had beds from them for 20+ years and they last. We won't go anywhere else for beds - I wish I knew about REM before I spent double the price on a sleep number a long time ago. I highly recommend REM - a family owned business that actually cares about their customers. Thank you, Randy!

REM Sleep Solutions (named after the most essential Rem sleep cycle for the healthiest, quality sleeping) does much of its sales through demos at Home Shows all across the country, including Hawaii. Home Shows are a great way to see, touch, and test their beds. This was how we were first introduced in 2011. We bought two at that time. This Placentia location is a warehouse and a showroom. You will need to make an appointment with them before dropping by. This particular location only has stair access due to its warehouse function. So be aware this is not at all handicap friendly. But Randy Maddix, the owner, is very hands-on. You will most likely deal with him directly. He had a great answer when I asked about access to the showroom for customers with disabilities. He will personally go out to the customer in the comfort of their home instead. I knew they were special. Our first purchase was two XL twins with remote controlled adjustable frames with a three speed massage feature and timer. They were, and still are, very impressive. But after the first few months, I decided I needed to swap out my first mattress for a different firmness of mattress. They did, no charge. The rep at that time assured us they would have continued to do so until I was happy. Three years later, we purchased a queen for my son. The frames are extremely sturdy and still function perfectly. They, too, are covered under a great warranty. But there is another good reason why my husband and I are repeat customers today. They are not only wonderful to sleep on, they are covered by a lifetime warranty. And for those of us with needs that have changed, or whose families have grown and expanded, this is one of the best investments we could have made. Repeat customers are offered deep discounts. For these reasons, this business has thrived in spite of the Covid pandemic and other serious economic downturns when other bigger, better-known bed makers went under. Martinique is a fairly firm but not the firmest of their mattress line. My adult son's queen (bought in 2014) is the Martinique which he loves because he is a tummy sleeper. Now that he is married, he is ready to buy a king. The twin sized Paradise, the one we purchased in 2011, is slightly softer. We have our twins on adjustable frames, shoved together to emulate a king but still independent of each other. They also do a split-head king. For people who sleep hot, they also have mattresses and pillows for a cooling sleep. You can put any of their mattresses on a regular bed frame, but why? The real treat is having an adjustable frame that is remote-controlled. Ours included a variable massage feature that buzzes you to sleep, but they also have even higher tech frames. Their top-of-the-line frames have Bluetooth and USB charging ports. Yep, you can plug into your bed and charge your phone while messing with mattress positioning to your heart's desire. What better way to drive your partner nuts? Randy had more good news. Taxwise, there are advantages to buying the frame through REM. The adjustable frames are certified as medical devices. Purchasing the brand of frame they offer can be written off on your taxes as a medical device expense. This is truly a quality, family-run business, highly responsive, and run with integrity and pride. They keep their promises. They have been around for a very long time. If you think this is too good to be true... it's not. It's better.

Investing in a quality mattress was our desire from the start. Our mattress is a game changer to say the least. My husband and I have gotten great sleep and feel better both physically and mentally each morning. I can't say enough about the positive changes that have happened since we starting sleeping on our Split King adjustable beds. The anti-snore button has brought peace to our otherwise sleepless nights and the massage features help provide some much needed relaxation at the end of a busy day. Randy and his team met our every expectation and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Do yourself a favor and get a REM mattress and adjustable bed! It's the best investment we've made in our quest for amazing sleep!!

Four years ago, we purchased a Split California King bed. We had a few adjustments to make for the bed to fit our existing frame and the owner personally worked with us to find a good solution. Since then, we have been absolutely delighted with the bed, it's functionality and comfort. Recently, I wanted to replace the sheets and again, the owner himself returned my call and answered all my questions. We recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality adjustable bed & mattress.

Met with sale's representative, Eric, at our local home show. He was very informative about the Rem Sleep Solutions beds and was able to answer all my questions. I was able to sample the mattress right then and there at the home show. Still I browsed around the show checking out other sleep options, but before I left the show, I ended up back at the Rem Sleep Solutions area and spoke further with Eric. I decided on the full size adjustable, for my Mum. I especially liked that my Mum would benefit from the pressure relief that this mattress would provide. My Mum has been enjoying her new bed since she moved in with us on April 1st. She absolutely loves it, sleeps soundly, and wakes without any aches or pain. Thank you Randy for this amazing product.

I bought the Paradise King Split with adjustable base around 7 years ago and both my husband and I love it!!Tried other adjustable beds in local stores and did not care for them. Am purchasing another one for my daughter now as a gift. Spoke with Randy who was great and love the comfort gurantee from REM!Gloria

Omg !! We have had our bed since 2009. We love our bed so very much!!! So much that everytime we am away from home can't wait till I we get home to have a good nite sleep ? yes I can't say enough about it. OUR two sons bought one for their homes and they FEEL THE SAME..LOVE LOVE OUR BED

I knew I had to get an adjustable bed as we are aging and I didn't want to be doing this when I couldn't move. My research led me to Malouf which was one of the few that checked all the boxes but did not ship or service Hawaii. Malouf is one of the few manufacturers that make SPLIT QUEEN adjustable beds which we needed in order for it to fit our solid wood storage headboard and matching nightstand unit that is impossible to replace and fit in our tiny Hawaii master bedroom. I was happy I found REM at a wholesale show and was very happy to find that REM solutions sells Malouf! Randy and team have been wonderful! Randy worked with me in my situation and got me everything I wanted, needed, and more! We had a mixup in the delivery; and Randy and team fixed it immediately! Hubby's arthritic knee has been giving him problems. Sleeping with his leg straight would wake him in the night in immense pain! After several nights now, the knee is better and at least he can sleep through the night thanks to the REM Sleep Solutions - Paradise Mattress and Malouf Split Queen. ps. Did I mention the Anti-snore button too!!!:). And, I love the massage feature when my mind won't shut down. We're very happy, and I know you will be too.
