I came in on 11/1 to buy eggs at night. My family is sick so I just wanted to get in and out and saw the eggs were on sale with a digital coupon. I didn't know you had to create an account to use coupons so I let the person behind me go in front of me. I created an account and waited. Once it was my turn I said I wanted to use the digital coupon and the cashier Debbie J right away gave me attitude. She asked if I clipped the coupon as if she was moments away from eye rolling at me. I had clipped the coupon. She then asked if I had a Ralphs card. I didn't. She then looked me in the eye and spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "you...need...a...Ralphs....card" with long pauses in between words. She then asked if I wanted a card. Absolutely not. Maybe if she was nicer I would be inclined to sign up for a card. When I said no thanks she then said "well you can't use the coupon without a card" I told her I just want the eggs and don't care about the coupon. I left immediately. Debbie J was so off putting that my family won't be coming back to Ralphs.

First time coming to this store. Everyone was so helpful, I was at the seafood counter just checking out the selection. No one was behind the counter, someone came out very promptly asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just browsing the selection. He was so friendly and eager to help. Then I noticed a man at the self checkout helping someone who was stuck. He was trying to assist everyone at the same time. He really did do a good job of keeping the flow going. He was very timely and accommodating to everyone there. I think his name was Carlos. Great job I would recommend this place

WORST grocery store EVER! I hate this Ralphs. Attitude, management, "customer service" (NONE). I had to go b to management to get some help in service deli, because the little girl that does not want to be in that department told me I would have to wait 10 minutes because she was "behind", and the only one there. Well, CUSTOMERS are supposed to come first. Management fought me saying there was no one else to help, but sent Arnold, and deli girl turned around and packaged roasted chickens, even when new people came behind me for service. SHE completely ignored everyone. Just ridiculous!! Store NEEDS new management and appropriate, service oriented staff IMMEDIATELY!PLEASE STOP spending your money on store remodels and moving product around, it is getting ridiculous too, and getting rid of products people WANT to replace them with KROGER products!! I hate this store with a passion, but cannot get around, and your company is NOT in it to serve customers in any way. I wish this store would disappear for good, because it sucks!!!

OMG! I just finished my grocery shopping, and Arnold & Luke literally made my day. I usually go to Ralph's, but today's experience was very different. It was more than amazing. The greetings, hospitality, service, and care were exceptional, and it didn't feel fake at all. Today was the best time I've ever had at Ralph's. I wish I could find out when their next shifts are. Their positivity was through the roof, and I really needed it with everything going on.

Seems like they juggle product location about once every two or three months. Very frustrating for the regular customers. Getting tired of it. Would go somewhere else if there was anywhere closer.

I usually dont complain about businesses but today I am because they sold me a product past 1 year expiration! I read the box It expired jan 2022 It should of been taking off the shelves last year! Come on ralphs do better! I ate some of the food before throwing it out cause I had a feeling something was off so I checked the date.

The cashier named Rochelle, she was very rude and insulting me twice when I want to use coupon. She didn't want to help or even call someone else who know how to scan the coupon code. She didn't say sorry to me when she couldn't scan my items; however, she apologized to the people behind me saying my stuff is complicated and tell me to go to another line. She told other people that was my fault using coupon that never work and she asked me to leave!!! Then I went to another line, they scanned it with NO PROBLEM!!! I told her I want to talk to the manager and she lied to me pointing some other cashier is the manager!!! It happened twice with Miss Rochelle in one month once at the self checkout line, once at the cashier line. She seems a nice person but really gave me a hard time. Feeling so bad shopping in there.

I have to say every single time I come to this particular Ralph's, I am disappointed. Just walking through it gives me anxiety knowing that what I am looking for is not going to be in stock, or they don't have it. The shelves are rarely stocked, they are always out of goods, it looks like they're in a constant state of restocking. You're just better off going to another grocery store. And I have nothing against Ralph's, just this one.

This is the second time I feel harassed by the supervisor/manager standing on check out. I believe his name is Carlos. He has done this twice to me , not everyone else at check out. He was literally hovering over me while I scanned my items and degrading me like if I was stupid when I accidentally pressed the wrong letter since my finger is broken and he said it's "spelled like this". "He got way too close to my child and my child told me he felt nervous after this situation" I've never felt so embarrassed. This behavior is so disgusting. I choose self check out because I don't want no one touching my items and he literally touched all my items and checking if I scanned all of them like if I was "STEALING". I've always came to this Ralph's for so many years and I've never ever have experience this treatment... Ralph's needs to step up and fix this behavior

I come once a week to get deli meat and this is the second time the Boars Head Hard Salami has been bad. Ask for a sample before you get your meat.

Has anyone noticed a change here?? Maybe new management/staff? Not sure what has happened here but today there was a obvious difference. Several staff had unkept hair, wearing t-shirts with stains, faded jeans and dirty sneakers. Areas with dirty and wet floors. Overall customer service today was also poor in comparison to past visits. Only two check out stands open with long lines. Maybe just off day.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Stopped in for a few items and of course they only had one cashier who was slammed. So I attempted to self check out. Evidently you can't set your personal bag down were it goes or nothing will scan. Asked for help and I got a smarmy individual who showed me how to do it wrong because as soon as she walked away it did the same exact thing. Asked for help again and got the same smarmy person only magnified. I know it's a cliche but I don't work for these cheap screws. Their prices don't reflect the labor cost they're saving by putting the general public to work for free.

I was in the Coffee section and was greeted by the sweetest employee who asked me if I had found what I was looking for. I was looking for decaf coffee and he proceeded to joke around with me about it. We ended up bantering about caffeine, sugar, and someone drinking 5 energy drinks before their shift that morning. After being sick for a week and it being my first time out of the house he was such delight to talk with and start off my week. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but such a sweet guy, with a great sense of humor, and some super sick socks!
