I WENT OVER THERE AND THEY SAID MY WATER PUMP WAS BROKEN ANS IT WAS 495 FOR REPLACE,MENT FOR TO VOID OVER HEATING, IT WAS THE WINDSHIELD WATER PUMP, COUPLE MONTHS BROKE THE REAL WATER PUMP FOR THE RADIATOR AND FINALLY NOTICE THEY LIE TO ME AND I PAY FOR TO DO THE WRONG SERVICE, I NEVER WIL COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.

They failed my smog check saying I needed a fix. I went to another place to get the smog check and it passed without a single issue.

Do not trust these crooks. I went in for a smog and they told me I needed 1800$ worth of sensor replacements and work done on my work truck. I had just spent 2500 at a different shop in repairs. I knew something wasn’t right. I took my truck to a different star location and not a single one of my sensors were bad. Passed smog immediately. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!

Came in for smog checks on 2 of my cars this year. For the first one... they said I was leaking oil. ( it was always parked on my driveway and NEVER leaked oil) The one today... they said I had a water pump leak... which now I do see evidence that it is. AND said my front brakes needed to be changed (They do) The manager then hands me the paperwork to sign which also says things he did not mention out loud :
Needs spark plugs, Fluids. And struts. All B.S. on that. I brought it to his attention... and then he back pedaled that it was supposed to be on someone else's paperwork... sketchy as all get out. Also really high prices for those items. Won't return. Beware!!

Was charged $4,600 for work they did not complete or do on a 2004 Cadillac. Would not give a breakdown of what was done to the car, the parts replaced or price for the parts even though asked numerous times for such documentation. Check engine light kept coming on. Had to finally take it to the Cadillac dealership who informed me that whatever work they did to my car was not worth the $4,600 charged. I had a compression test done prior to taking it to Purrfect Auto and was told that the car needed a new catalytic convertor. The mechanics at Purrfect Auto was consistently told that first day and every time I took the car in that the car needed a new catalytic convertor and to get it ordered and replaced. They eventually said they replaced the catalytic convertor but that was not true. I am now having to pay another $4,100 for work that should have been done by Purrfect Auto.

Let’s start with they don’t deserve a single star, terrible, and not honest, I had my brakes done back in October at this location and brakes never felt ? but I thought maybe it was me overthinking so I let it be, so last month I go in for an unrelated issue and was told that the rotors that were on the vehicle aren’t for that vehicle and need to be replaced because they’re unsafe?????? WTH so the first tech sent me on my way and never mentioned a thing, brake job wasn’t even 6 months old, long story short left with a $1200 bill and the right thing to do was deduct the poor service I received prior because 6 months earlier there were no issues shady business, then when I go pick up the car a few things that I was promised were not performed like a hose adjustment that they said I needed and an alignment after replaced the lower control arms, they didn’t even say it wasn’t done I have to ask because the steering was wayyyy off and the hose was still leaking, then the tech tells me ohhh I was just going to do it for you but you didn’t get charged for that then he proceeds to tell me comeback next week for that, why next weeks I paid in full job should’ve been done, I call a local shop and was told anytime a lower control arm is replaced it should be aligned he said they’re wrong for that, Firestone said the same thing, please do your research before hand, reason for review was because they never call back for those other services after I paid shady business, they’re very smooth talkers almost like salesmen’s you’ve been warned! I hate giving a negative review but if this could save a headache it’s worth it.

Hi! This is my first ever time visiting this location, and I had a pretty great experience. I was taken right in even without an appointment, and they got to work. Mike was splendid and helped us with our air conditioning problem and told us how we could fix the check engine light that I had on my car. I will be returning back to get that fixed with them at a reasonable price. I don't do many reviews,but I overall had a great experience with Mike and this shop.

I went in on (tues)02/13/2024 for a smog check, quick, fast and easy service. the gentleman who worked at the front desk that day was very polite and informative( it was not the manager whose name starts with the D). i asked about breaks and they checked them for me. they told me they were still good and no need for replacement. Mike was my technician and he showed and gave me simple explanation of the parts that needed to be replaced in my car( i was aware of couple of items already that needed replacement that a family friend had checked out for me along with other things a few months ago). Mike displayed honesty and was informative with details of my car. i want to give a huge shout out to Mike for helping me out and i will be returning for future services. Thank you so much! my car is running smooth!
