Extremely rude on the phone. I got my prescription through good rx and it listed them so I went here because it was closest. They then refused my coupon and said they don’t work with goodrx which is strange because then how would they get my prescription filled? Absolute terrible customer service on the phone and in person. Woman working there was not helpful in any way

Placentia Linda Pharmacy has incompetent staff. I paid for my mom's xeralto Monday they were suppose to delivery it Wed and just never showed up. Now my mom has no xeralto until Monday. These are prescriptions that seniors need or they may have consequences. HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND SO FLAKEY. I have asked them to refil same pills everyone month and I have to call to remind them of refills evey month. HORRIBLE

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They deserve negative 5 stars! They illegally authorize prescriptions without people knowing. They just delivered medicine without my knowledge or authorization and refuse to take the medicine back which is stupid because I never asked for it. Now I have to complain and call the insurance to handle this huge mess. They said they received the information from the primary doctor’s office which is a huge VIOLATION OF HIPAA! Please STAY AWAY!! Please report them or complain to your insurance if something similar has happened…do NOT support this terrible business

My experience is similar to another reviewer. This pharmacy refills prescription WITHOUT authorization. They just charge your credit card. They obviously make a practice of this behavior because that review was done 11 months ago. Beware of this pharmacy if you choose to have them fill your prescription!

Worst experience with a Pharmacy. I have called multiple times, drove there in person and explained to there manager to cancel all my prescriptions. For some reason they keep delivering. Is there a Pharmacy board or legal action I can take? Are Pharmacys allowed to deliver without permission from patients?

Friendly and quick service. Knowledgeable about insurances. Always had the prescriptions in stock that I needed. They even take my husband's military insurance.

Are they still open for business? Went here once in January and needed several prescriptions filled for upcoming surgeries. Showed up at 10:00AM on Monday August 17, 2020 and they were closed. Called and got their voicemail without any information as to why there were not open at 9:00. Now using CVS as I need a reliable pharmacy.

I've had a liver/kidney transplant, a seizure disorder and I'm on dialysis, therefore, I take multiple meds. They found me and took over my prescriptions with free delivery. I couldn't be happier with their service. Placentia-Linda pharmacy comes highly recommended from a sometimes demanding patient. What more could you ask for?!!!!

Normal hours are from 9:30am to 6pm yet I have been trying to reach someone there since 9:30am and keep getting the message that noone is available and messages are full.

They found me & serviced me Bringing my needs (meds) to me before I even I know I need them. Polite courteous and kind I can't say very much because I take care of everything I don't even need to make the phone calls

Great and personable privately operated pharmacy that has one on one service. They also offer complimentary delivery. The pharmacist keeps track on when my prescription needs to be refilled. Most of the time my RX is ready to go by the time I call for my refill. Parking is convenient next to Big Lots.

This pharmacy is the best, the people that work there are so nice. No attitude, if you're sick of the big chain pharmacys try Placentia Linda Pharmacy!
