Stewart is an amazing personal trainer who will work with you to achieve your goals! He encourages and motivates me to improve while not being overbearing. I have been going to Placentia’s #1 Fitness Results for about 4 months. I am not only stronger than I was when I started, but going here has boosted my motivation 100%. Such a great place to workout! You feel comfortable no matter your level and Stewart is a great balance of pushing you and kindness! Would highly recommend if you’re new to exercise or a veteran fitness person!

I’ve been attending Placentia’s #1 Fitness Results now for 14 Weeks.While my main goal wasn’t to lose weight, I needed to, and have dropped 12.5 pounds. Most of that is by training under Stewart Knorr, watching calorie intake and portion control.The best success for me has been my stamina, toning, strength, and more.I’m 52 years old and have asthma. I have seen my cardio significantly increase which makes me feel overall healthier.You have nothing to lose by taking a chance on yourself. Stewart often has special deals that stretch the financial cost for everyone. As a single parent, that helps me so much.

I have loved the past 6 weeks at this "gym." It's close to home, extremely affordable, the hours work with my schedule, I can feel like I made a difference in my workout in just 30 minutes of my time, the equipment and options are plentiful, and Stewart holds me accountable. He truly wants my goals as much as I do. I have just renewed for another 3 months and am so grateful to have found this opportunity versus the large gym chains. This is a great place to work out. Stewart goes the extra mile to help you reach your goal. The service is personalized to your needs and he is always changing things up so you don’t get bored. Pricing is reasonable. You get the one on one attention you won’t get in a large gym. I highly recommend!

Stewart has a way of inspiring people to get healthy and active. Not only does he personalize a workout tailored for your particular needs, but he also makes it a lot of fun by coming up with new adventures outside the gym such as hiking, biking, stairs, and pickleball. This is a Fitness place that will give you promising results. I & my wife made our best decision in our life on September 2021. Once we hit our 40's we felt that it's time to prioritize good health & fitness. We called Stewart and since then we started fitness training under Stewart's. By following his diet recommendations and training, we regained ourselves to a better physical & mental well-being. I will recommend Stewart to anyone who wants to transform their life. We were able to make new friends, explore new hiking places and challenge ourselves to build stamina and strength. I 100% recommend Stewart as your personal trainer
