“This place is CVS, so why you gotta hate? It's not like some fancy place you bring your date They got drugs, supplies, and bandaids too So why you ragg'n on this place, who are you? OK, so not much to say, but this is a typical CVS. Nothing fancy, no fireworks at night, but it just gots all the stuff you need, photography service, drugs, etc.”

“First time coming to this store. Everyone was so helpful, I was at the seafood counter just checking out the selection. No one was behind the counter, someone came out very promptly asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just browsing the selection. He was so friendly and eager to help. Then I noticed a man at the self checkout helping someone who was stuck. He was trying to assist everyone at the same time. He really did do a good job of keeping the flow going. He was very timely and accommodating to everyone there. I think his name was Carlos. Great job I would recommend this place”

“The service for me has been great but I have heard a number of people complain after the turnover in staff. Selection is limited to otc items and medicines. They are too small to takeover for the CVS that closed across the street Prices are normal for all of the items. There is normally few sales.”

“After recently going to my neighborhood CVS store, I completed their survey and want to tell others that I have had great service by, in particular, the store on Yorba Linda Blvd. and Kraemer In Placentia, CA. A few days ago a woman offered to help me find a battery for my car’s key fob. She was exemplary in her delivery of customer service. Professional, kind, thorough, and happy to help is an experience that can change someone’s day. And, it sure did!”
