Good cleaners, but they put safety pins on my shorts to hang on the hanger. I’ve taken jeans there without any issue before.

Great cleaners. Very friendly. Same day service was fantastic. It is very hard to find a business that can balance speed, quality and cost as well as they do.

I very rarely would do a review like this but felt it was 100% needed.... We took in an $850 Cathedral Style Wedding Veil to be cleaned before the big day. It was the most stressful and saddening thing to see when we noticed it was torn straight down the middle while we took it in to be cleaned and NOTHING was mentioned at all. If they were too busy and didn't have the time to provide quality service, I wish they would not have agreed to the job. I would have much rather taken it to another location than damaging the veil and having to personally sew it back together as it was too late to come up with an alternative solution.

Best cleaners out there and I moved and been going for over 10 years now. Even though I move I can't go anywhere else. I tried another cleaners and my clothes were filthy in Placentia too. Expensive is not always better. I recommend students, friends all the time and they are shocked at the good prices too. Love them too and so nice .

I have been coming here since I lived in the area many years ago. I have since moved and still go out of my way to come here because the service is professional and at a decent price. My clothes are always ready when I pick them up even if I come before the time that it's marked on the receipt.

My friend used this cleaner several years ago fOr alterations and I needed some simple alterations done. I left a beautiful dress with them that my daughter bought me in Hawaii but it needed hemming and to be brought in from the waist down. What a mess that is all I can say. The back was lower than the front. There were places sticking out on either side. I have been a seamstress myself so I was disappointed and shocked. My husband told me to go to another place and just forget what I had already paid them and I'm so glad that I did. The new Tailor that I am using looked at it and she just shook her head and told me everything that needed to be done on her own /I didn't even have to prompt her.

I have been coming here for years and have nothing but positive things to say! I am always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. My clothes are treated with care and cleaned in a timely manner and the prices cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

I've been using this cleaners since I moved to Placentia 25 years ago We've had issues from time to time with missing cloths that basically we were told we did not bring pretty much just let that go but Today I picked up 11 round linen table cloths that I brought in to the pressed ONLY $100 ! Unfortunately I had my husband drop them off so I did not realize that was the charge when I questioned the shop they told me that was the discounted rate Really? They just lost a customer they've had for 25 years but I'm sure that doesn't matter either. So sad customers are not important anymore ...

Trust this review. Wish I had seen it before I dealt with them. 4/6/2020 Do not come here!!! I repeat do not come here!!!!!!! I have a favorite pair of jeans and they keep getting holes. I come here to get them patched.... I feel like they purposely do a crap job so I have to keep coming back. I asked them to sew a sweater shorter and they charged me $12... came back and it was literally the same. Like they cleaned it the holes in the pants was $56!!!!!!!! They didn't tell me the price until they had already finished too. Go up the street to the cleaners by 7-11. They place is terrible. I'm so upset and disappointed. They laughed at me when I told them they did nothing. Laughed! I'm so pissed. Do not go here. They rip you off and overpriced. Now this is what happened to me: I took 7 dresses there to be hemmed. They charged me 18 dollars per dress just to hem. Picked the dresses up today and tried them on and they were not hemmed. The dresses had not been altered at all.They were the same length as when I dropped them off. I'm 5ft tall and asked for the dresses to be hemmed to the top of my foot. The dresses continued to drag all over the floor. Called to dispute and was told I was wrong and they were hemmed. I was born at night, but not last night. The dresses were not hemmed. I Told them I was going to dispute the charges and was told to go ahead. I have been going here for over 20 years with no issues. The one time they mess up they deny everything and accuse me of lying. I am done with ONE STOP. Such a sad sad way to end a relationship.
