TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! Sold me some junk that didn’t work. When I went to go ask for a refund they refused and told me to call the manufacturer. Beyond that I almost slipped in the store because their floor was wet and had no sign I would never recommend going to this place. BEWARE!!!

Muscle Factory is a great source for affordable Chevelle and El Camino replacement parts. I've been going there for close to fifteen years. About twelve years ago I actually built an entire car with their products. Occasionally you'll have to do a little fabrication to make some stuff fit, but that just comes with the territory when building hot rods. Now I just go there when I need some stuff here and there. This is a great alternative to a lot of the other classic parts places because they always have the majority of items in stock, the prices are low, there is never a line, the quality is great, the parking is easy and the customer service is amazing. The last two times Ron has helped me. He is totally awesome and really knows his stuff. Went there today to grab some stuff for my Chevelle. Not only did Ron have the trim clips I needed, but he gave them to me for free! Thx!

I had an unfortunate experience with Michael in customer service for this company. He was very rude and short with me on the phone when I called to look into my order and its shipping progress. It is not that hard to be professional and to just help a customer out. I am writing this review in hopes that his boss and owner Bill Dannels figures out how to get a more productive and professional team.
