Went in hoping that I didn't need any major work done on my car. Well come to find out I needed my transmission rebuild! Needless to say that they have the most professional work! Rick really explained everything throughly and made sure to answer an questions I had. Even the front desk (Sarah) was very kind, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back! If you're looking for an honest and reliable place to take your car I would recommend this place!

I needed CV Axles on my 2008 Toyota Camry. I'm fairly new to Orange County and I didn't know where to take my vehicle for the repairs. I didn't want shotty work and I didn't want to give up an arm or a leg to get it fixed. I come from a family of mechanics, (I know, people say this all the time but it's true in my case) so I know when a mechanic is trying to cut off one of my limbs and gouge my eyes out with a huge quote. So, I used my neighborhood app and asked for recommendations. I had many responses and I called a few of the places but I didn't feel comfortable with their answers. Luckily, a lady popped on and recommended her husband, Eric. She asked her husband for a quote for me and he obliged. I decided to pop in and meet Eric. He and his crew offered professional customer service! Additionally, they are also very fun and personable. I mean, what's your day gonna be like if you cant have fun at your job, right? I felt very comfortable leaving my car with these guys. Eric quoted me a cost and an estimation of time of about 2.5 hours to complete the work. He beat both! It was slightly less than the original quote, which was already decent and it only took them a little over an hour. The best part about it is that now when I turn the steering wheel in reverse, my car No Longer sounds like a spinning prize wheel... Ticktick, ticktick, Ticktick! (So annoying!) I definitely recommend that you give this small family owned auto shop a chance. When you go looking for it just look for the words "THE SHOP" on the building and you know you've got the right place. It's a little hidden Gem!

Eric at Masters Auto Care did an excellent job in repairing the heater on my 2006 Chevy Equinox. The door flap that lets the heat into the air vent broke. To replace it, Eric had to take the dash board apart just to get to the broken part. That is quite a task, but Eric did it and was able to replace the door and then reassemble the dash board. The price I paid was significantly lower than what I would have had to pay at the Chevrolet dealership. I would definitely recommend Masters Auto Care for anyone needing auto repair work performed.

This shop is awesome. You can tell the guys here take great pride in their work. I came in last minute with a battery issue and they worked on my car after hours like it was their own. I have no doubt that if you come here with your car you are going to be treated with a genuine care and concern, the customer service here is just incredible.
