My parent took her taxes here. Trina was super nice and patient.... BUT.. there was an error in the preparation and my parent had to pay a tax penalty. AND she told my parent to just give the usual estimated taxes for next year which is NOT what the IRS told us.

I would highly recommend the Martir Financial Group for all your tax and accounting needs. My husband and I are small business owners so we absolutely need a great tax professional who knows tax laws and helps protect the "little guy." Trina is knowledgeable, experienced and very nice to work with. She has a great sense of humor and always so helpful. Her staff is organized, professional and helpful. They are great at prepping us and reminding us of what we need for our appointment. Trina works very efficiently and we usually leave the appointment with taxes done! We used to dread our tax appointments, but now we look forward to them! Trust me, you will love this team of professionals!

Financial planning and tax services handed to you on a silver platter. Every email gets a timely response. Every inquiry addressed as well as you could ever expect. I cannot recommend them enough. With tax season in just a few months I wanted to write this and inform people that if you go with Martir Financial Group you will no longer look anywhere else! Trina Martir is the best in the business. I have had many accountants and tax preparers in the past and none have the customer service and knowledge like Trina. Not really a proponent of writing reviews, good or bad. However, taxes are the exception to my rule. I was recommended by a friend to give them a shot. Long story short - My taxes were being handled by my parents accountant, and I felt like I was put on the back burner. I started receiving love letters from uncle Sam* for 2014, then 2015, 16...and so forth. Literally so many letters that I could have bound them and composed a book that would rival the Bible's thickness. My accountant disappeared and now thankfully in the right hands. My woes did not scare away Trina or her team. We tackled everything page by page, and in literally no time - my anxieties and stresses, have disappeared. They are professional, confident, well versed, humorous, punctual, and now really good friends. So grateful and thankful for what they were able to do for my family and business.
