Kind of rude cashier, Kelly, ordered me to do things for her as if I worked there instead of asking politely if I could do her a favor. I definitely don’t call that customer service and I would never tell a customer what they should be doing for an employee. I was still polite and did what she wanted me to do but when I went to shop some more I turned right around out the door because I don’t deserve to experience that kind of service again. In short I won’t be shopping at this location because of the amount of entitlement this employee had while issuing my return.

Located at the corner of Kramer and Yorba Linda Blvd. they have a huge parking area with several restaurants and a Bank of America branch. It does get busy in a weekend as locals frequently enjoy coming over to this shopping plaza. I almost forget they have a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream store at that corner.

Parked at the front door while waiting for my wife to shop. 10 to 1 ratio of women shopping here over men at least from my observation.
Apparently, women love this store!

It is one of the most popular stores for all tourists who come to the United States to shop for clothing, footwear and accessories, its offers and prices, in addition to the quality of its products, make it stand out from its competitors. Never hesitate to enter to see what is there, because you will almost always be surprised. Get up early so you can find everything arranged and get what you are looking for.

The service is okay , but the clothes and accessories sold here are much more expensive then TJ Max and define you ROSS I stopped shopping at Marshall's because there prices are ridiculous. We on a budget shopping at marshals is like shopping at a regular retail store no offense but it's the true Ross always has the best prices

A nice Marshall's location. While I didn't buy any clothing or household items here, I found a very pretty, slightly iridescent aqua nail color that I bought to have a new color to paint my toenails. Recommended Marshall's if you're in Placentia or nearby.
