Drop off for service was easy and efficient. I had resigned myself to receiving a call at end of day that my truck was ready and then having to scramble to find a ride.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call 2 hours after drop-off that work was complete and my truck was ready for pickup.
The service dept. at Fairway Ford definitely has it together: professional, efficient, and courteous.

I’ve been using Fairway ford for over 25 years for car service. They do an excellent job. I always try to take advantage of their service specials. One thing I think they could improve is the customer waiting area. It’s kind of pedestrian. Maybe provide more comfortable seating and internet.

Fairway ford is the best. Lidia has been my service writer since I’ve started taking my truck to them and I have always gotten amazing service. They have multiple master techs to diagnose and fix everything these fords have. I would highly recommended them.

You have to be prepared to know that you’re not gonna be able to have your car in a day for most services. so you’ll have to leave it and rent a car. I use my car every day for work. so it was a real burden, having to rent a car, cost me over $500 cause they had my car for a week and they still couldn’t find out what was wrong with it, but they did reprogram my computer and so far so good. The engine light has not come back on, but still, I am disappointed I had to rent a car for a week.

Told the sales guy what I wanted. Told him what I could do on a loan and did not want any of the typical shenanigans related to buying a truck. Not only did he come through on the exact truck I wanted he also got me even better financing. This is the go to place to buy a Ford.

We were quoted a price on possibly getting new brakes. The price was really high. Said we needed to replace the rotors without checking all of them. Turns out the rear ones didn’t need replacing just reworked. Decided against getting the brakes done
