Robert Saavedra, the salesman, was perfect. Informative, not pushy, personable, and helpful. I have had more than one salesman unsell me a car so that I walked away and did not get that make of vehicle when I had come in to purchase it, so I appreciate someone who actually provided the assistance I needed. Victor Gutierrez, the finance closer, was also outstanding. Friendly, funny, and serious. These two made the purchase as easy and enjoyable as possible. Let me also commend Gage Mahan in the Service Department for friendly and helpful assistance during a trying time. Fairway Ford is doing it right based on my recent experience.

Went to over 10 dealerships before landing with an awesome team at Fairway! When I came back to make the final purchase, the car I wanted sold!! But Jake stepped it and told me not to worry that he could help me find the car I was looking for. He was very genuine and honest! He found me the exact make and model I wanted while getting me the best deal. Erik was the finance manager who was also very helpful, honest and authentic! The service team here is top notch! Our 2016 low mileage F-150 had a manifold issue that was not covered due to age of truck. They went above and beyond to get it covered by Ford. We will be taking all of our Fords to this service team!

Treated me good while buying an $88,000 truck but after 4 trips dropping it off for pulling to the side, refused to acknowledge a problem and repair it. Bear Alignment got it right and handed us back a bunch of bent parts left on it from the accident repair done at Fairway. Trying to save money or incompetence? Not sure which. Either way I can't recommend these guys

When I pulled up was a lot of nice cars but when I got there I asked "hey do you have a show room"he said no what car DEALERSHIP does not have a showroom.Then I went to look at the cars and nobody came out to talk to us. But there where some nice cars this is a good place to get your ford repaired.

Went in " just to look" last week and walked out with an awesome Ford Maverick hybrid thanks to Jake Rodriquez (great sales guy) and Eric, the sales manager who made the numbers work out for both of us. Jake was low key, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was so impressed I went back a week later with my wife and we bought her a new Ford Escape again working with Jake and Eric. Heartedly recommend buying from Jake and Eric!!

My husband bought a new F-150 last weekend from your dealership. The customer service was amazing and Ernie and Sales manager Bill took good care of my husband and explained how everything worked and got him a great deal without pure pressure. My husband is very satisfied with the truck and the great customer service of the employees at the dealership.

Received an airbag recall to replace it for free so took Mustang to Fairway Ford where they apparently did NOT do the replacement job!!! My life and family were in grave DANGER!! Time to lawyer up and file a class action lawsuit against Fairway Ford!!!

Had the easiest experience here at Fairway Ford, Jake in sales was awesome he made it really easy and got me a great deal on an F-150, no games no tricks just fun easy experience. I definitely recommend this family owned dealership.

I have always dreaded buying a car, and have not had great experiences previously. I went to multiple for dealerships and spoke with at least 5 salespersons. Jake at Fairway Ford is your guy to go to. He made the process a easier and i can not be happier with my new F-150. Jake was straight forward and responsive, if you are looking to avoid the headache of purchasing a new vehicle, go see Jake, he will help you out. I could not recommend him higher.

Fairway Ford is truly the worst. I've never had a good experience with them and they have the worst "higher than thou" attitudes. I always get talked down to when asking questions and genuinely get no answer. Go to Villa Ford if Orange where they truly take the time to care for their customers.

I recently purchased the new 2024 Ford Mustang from this dealership. I worked with Anthony and Eric, they done everything they could to work with my situation and budget. If you're in the market for any Ford vehicle I would 100% recommend this dealership they handle everything in a professional manner.

Today my dad and I were looking to test drive a few vehicles of interest at multiple dealerships including the Ford Maverick but were informed that they weren't on the lot and we'd have to order which is fine. For context, we're in the market for a new SUV / Small truck cause pops needs an upgrade. So with that info we were headed off the lot when the Mustang Mach-E caught our eye and we decided that we wanted to test drive it since it was an electric suv. We made it clear to I believe his name was Jake, one of the salesmen who was very professional and informative. He showed us all the cool features the vehicle has to offer and was great! However as we were wrapping up and leaving Anthony Suresh came up to us kind of aggressive insisting for our information and trying to get a sale. I understand it's their job as salesmen to be a bit pushy but when he greeted us when we first arrived we also made it clear we were just looking around and wanted to test drive the Ford Maverick and that we were not making a purchase today. Anyways, based off his body language we figured he got annoyed and hot headed cause we didn't want to give him our contact info or because we didn't want to make a deposit to get a Ford Maverick knowing damn well we were only there to test drive and get some general information about the vehicle. Don't know why he didn't understand that we wanted to see it in person before making our decision as every normal person would. He also made some smart ass remarks and for his age I'd assume he'd be a bit more respectful and professional but when your feigning for a sale it can get difficult being told no . Sum Up: Bad customer service by Anthony Suresh. Doesn't know how to take no for answer. He basically wanted us to make a deposit just to look at the vehicle which is ridiculous, or buy the Mustang Mach-E since we test drove it. (Side note: the Mach-E Premium is definitely on our radar now). Also comparing Anthony to other salesmen's professionalism, Jake was more chill, informative, and understood our needs. Will definitely be doing business with him in the near future. If he does see this Yelp post we would appreciate it very much if we can have his contact info / business card.

I had the pleasure of working with salesman, Jeff and his team ... Eric, and Marwan to purchase a used vehicle this past week. This was the first time making a big purchase online so I was nervous going into this but found Jeff and Eric able to answer all my questions almost as fast as asked. From the first contact to their driver delivering the car to my front door was a great experience. This is been the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made.
