I wanted to thank Ray for talking to me on the phone about the M276 and M157 engines reliability. I almost dropped 52k on a 2018 AMG GLE63 and he mentioned that they need a custom welded tow hitch to be installed if it didn't come with one from the factory. Decided not to buy it from the dealer.
He has over 35 years experience working with Mercedes and is very knowledgeable. Btw get your transmission service done here cause they flush the system the proper way!

Well I was looking for a shop to service my Benz. There pricing was decent for the maintenance I had done, Unfortunately, they noticed some repairs that were neededAnd I pointed some things that were not working optimally. He attempted to work with my warranty company. Full disclosure, he did tell me he has not dealt with warranty companies in the past. Regarding my concerns with AC and window washer not working. Diagnostics was off. Regarding changing seals ti crank shaft and reseal casing. He was unable to make a case to my warranty company. He Quoted me: "Dealer will ask for $4000. I'll do it for $2400. I got a second option from the dealership. They charge $1680. I found a great shop that works with warranty companies and they made a case for the repairs and the warranty company covered everything including new ac condenser, motor mounts and repairs of crank shaft seals. I wound recommend exclusive motors for basic maintenance needs. They were really pleasant to work with it was Just unfortunate situation of misdiagnosis and lack of experience working with warranty companies and I suppose not knowing pricing. Give them a try maybe my experience was an outlier. No bad feelings from my end. I'm just happy I did my due diligence and got a second opinion and saved myself $6200. wishing you the best, exclusive motors. Respectfully, Old customer.

Exclusive Motors provides A+ service, and remains my #1 preference where I take my vehicle. I have been bringing my cars to Ron for about 15 years now- the service is quality, reliable and thorough. There is no one I trust more with my car (I still happily go to Ron since I've moved about 25 mikes away). Every single time I've gone in, Ron has taken the time to sit and explain to me what's going on with my vehicle. He's very honest, experienced and professional. The staff are above and beyond friendly and accommodating, and I always feel like I'm in the safest hands at his shop. For me this is priceless when it comes to luxury car mechanics and I can't recommend Exclusive Motors enough!

I want to give a quick shoutout to RON and staff for making this such an amazing experience. I have a 1993 190E that was having overheating issues. My prior mechanic told me to replace the whole engine and disregarded me. I was confused and so disappointed with this info. It didn't seem right to me. I called around and multiple shops recommended me to Exclusive Motors. I called and spoke to Ron, he gave me amazing information and made everything really easy for me. I dropped my car off on a Thursday to diagnose, Ron calls me the very next day and tells me what's going on and the issue. Come Tuesday, he says me car is fixed and ready to roll! Cooling system needed replacement, and Ron took the time to look thoroughly look through my engine bay. Ron knows why he is doing and was honest with me 100% of the way. I felt so at ease dealing with this shop and recommended to anyone that needs service for their Mercedes or Lexus. The service I got was nothing short of outstanding. I have found my new mechanic and look forward to my ride! Thanks RON!

This was my first experience with Exclusive Motors and I will definitely be coming back! I recently bought an 8-year old Lexus that only had 23K miles on it (amazing, I know!). Nine months after I purchased it from a Lexus dealer, it hit 30K which was described as a "major" service. The dealer quoted me almost $1,000 for this service. I took it to Exclusive Motors and Josh told me he would check it out. When all was said and done, all they did was an oil change. He said everything else looked fine and that the car was in great shape. I appreciated that they didn't do any unnecessary work just because it was on the checklist.

This is the best Mercedes mechanic in OC. Fair, friendly, trustworthy. I take my 1985 turbo diesel here for regular service. Mercedes are the best and Ron and Josh keep them running perfectly.
