I love Enterprise. They are always very good. Having said that, this location will be my go to from now on, if I'm not at an airport. They were helpful, friendly and fast. Because it's a larger location it offers more space for rentals. Two people/groups came in after us, neither with reservations. Both were still able to be offered vehicles.

The new manager is amazing! Came in and it was only him and tons of people coming in but he never lost his cool and got us all taken care of. He even offered to take a customer home on his own after getting through all the customers after hours.

The service was good and they rented me a car that was quite a bit smaller than my own car. I loved that little car.

We have car in shop and needed a car for an important appointment. I made an online reservation for my wife and sent her with my credit card (we are long time customers). They refused to help her because her CDL and name on card were not the same. There were a hundred different ways they could have verified the request, considering they already have our information, but to no avail. Time to find another rental car company to give our money to.

The whole process of renting a car from Enterprise was excellent. I was picked up from the body shop and dropped off when I returned the rental. The representatives were prompt and professional during the check-in process. I will be using them whenever I need a rental.

Employees are always friendly and make the pick-up/return process smooth and fast. I prefer to rent here as it's not too busy (away from Disneyland) and have a good variety of available cars.

You get what you pay for. Make sure to increase your loaner car spend if your tall cause you might end up in something small

This stared off as the worst rental ever!!!! Renting through Chase and somehow the return location was unavailable at Enterprise, yet we were able to book it on the Chase website. On the way home, we pulled over to readjust our tarp, and when we got back in the truck, the battery was dead!!! We only drove it 2 hours from Enterprise. they didn't use it all weekend, then drove 15 mins before pulling over. There's no way that truck had been serviced recently. Upon returning the truck, Garrett (Enerprise) was extremely empathic to our situation. And apologized on behalf of the company. He seemed really concerned with our wellbeing and made sure everyone was okay.

Tried to rip me off by charging 30 gallons of fuel at $7.05 per gallon. The vehicle I rented, didn't even have 30 gallons of fuel capacity. Very disappointed with my experience.

I highly recommend this location!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! The Assist Branch Manager, Mr. Tyler Rios is very professional and helpful person. He goes above and beyond for the customers. Awesome staff all around!

Just returned our rental and I am super pleased with the service. Alex called me to confirm my pick up the day before. I called the day of my pick up to ask if I could pick up a littler earlier and they had the car ready for me. When I showed up they were ready for me but I decided to upgrade to a bigger car for our family road trip. Alex was very helpful and informative. Everyone here had great costumer service and ensured I was taken care of.
