Ask them to check tires on my mothers car and was treated rather rude. If they are dismissive and rude about something small like that why would I use them for bigger issues

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years. The customer service is the best around, and the quality of the repairs is unbeatable. The owners are also very helpful. I had an improper service on my car's air conditioner at another repair shop, and they destroyed my AC. Saed installed a new AC, and actually gave me the damaged one and showed me the problems caused by the prior mechanic. Based on his advice I was able to get a full refund from the prior mechanic and prove the damage was their doing.If you're looking for an honest mechanic who will provide quality service, this is the place.

I'm posting for a friend, they tried to charge her $165 labor to put in two low beam bulbs in a chevy tahoe the passenger side is a little more difficult to get to BUT not a problem, especially for a mechanic, just pop the air filter box offAnyways, she got it done for $40 some where else

I've been going to these guys for 33 years. The owner and his partner always come through 100% and never let me down. Work is done with efficiency and excellence. When i reached out to this company to do a brake job for me, they quoted me the price, i thought it was too high. I was out of town and had my daughter drive it there for the quote. When i turned it down to seek other options that would hopefully be more affordable, one of the men got really upset and it turned into somewhat of a heated argument when he threatened to call the police to say the vehicle was not in good enough shape to drive anywhere. He demanded she didn't drive the vehicle and it must be towed or else the police would be involved and he wouldn't give my daughter back the keys. So I am out of the state, my daughter is now scared of this guy, and didn't want to be involved in this anymore, I had to call a towing company to come pick it up, my daughter had to drive with a stranger which wasn't comfortable for her, to bring back to the house. After I got home, I ended up driving the vehicle locally somewhere else to get the job done for hundreds less.

Locals around here know that they’re the absolute gem in the neighborhood. Been bringing our vehicles here for service for some time and they are honest about the assessment of the vehicle, knowledgeable, and will give you timeline for the fix during the day so you can decide whether to stay or come back later. Pricing was always fair. Pro tip: bring your vehicle in early for an assessment, they get busy quickly but if you bring it in early they’ll be able to look at the vehicle before their day gets really busy. And if you decide to stay around to wait there are plenty of coffee or food places around also walking distance.

When I moved to Fullerton, I have to find a new mechanic, which is always worrisome for a woman. But I couldn't delay it any further when my brake started giving out strange sound. Thankfully, I lived within walking distance to Dr Mechanic. I brought it in to change my brake, oil change, and ask for a checkup. They were polite, didn't try to sell me additional service, good pricing, and called to keep me up to date with what they found (AKA just the brake needed to be change). Unfortunately, I had to moved suddenly again due to my job, but they were able to do another checkup before I have to drive all the way to San Francisco for my move. Again, another good experience. If I ever move back to Orange area, I would go back again.
