Employees actively avoid helping you, and immediately become irritated when more than one person is trying to check out and they have to get on a register.

Have been coming here for years and always have a great experience! Sometimes the line is long sometimes is quicker but overall I prefer coming here over another CVS I have closer to me.

Done with big pharma and done with taking medications. Nobody wants to be on anything for a lifetime if they can help it. Most pharmacists are too inquisitive and judgmental. Younger people can have older people's issues, too. I'm not going to be a customer for life.

I had the worst experience today at this store a women name Howie was so rude the customer service was so bad she made customers wait in line and when I asked for cash back she gave me this crazy look and wanted to argue with me. I really hope that the general manager of this store reads this because Howie is an extremely rude person.

Mike and all the people in the Pharmacy, are nice , curtious and have a great attitude, when conversing with me. I don’t even have to tell them my name. They remember me!! I wouldn’t think of a different place to have ,for my personal pharmacy!! Thanks guys!! ,good work…..?

Pharmacy staff are courteous and professional in my experience! But there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when prescriptions will be ready to pick up, and it makes me dread having to come here. I have 3 pills left in my 30-day supply and went to pick up my prescription today. Apparently 3 days BEFORE meds run out is too early, but every time I come once my meds ALREADY are out it is too late and I have to wait 15 minutes for the staff to find them and bag them or whatever they do?Anyway I'm looking into transferring my meds to another pharmacy.

This review was very long overdue.Just like other reviewers, I had the worst experience with the cashiers and staff here. They are the worst rudest customer service, and seem very low life. They probably think everyone is low like them. That’s why they think anybody who goes to their store is shoplifting. You can’t even shop there with a peace of mind, because they keep hitting the button, customer service needed in Cosmetics, which is ironic because they never care about the customers! It seems like they hate their job and they show it. Every time I come here , I regret it. Next time I’ll just go to Walgreens cross the street, I will also change my pharmacy just because of these rude obnoxious cashiers in the front!Advice to the management , either train your cashiers in a proper way to treat the customers right, or you will loose all your customers and patients!

I made appointment for TDAP at 10am。I willing to pay the cost myself when they told my insurance doesn’t cover for it but the woman just let me wait there and ignored me after she said checking price for me。 it only take less than one minute after the other worker helped 。

The cashiers there are so rude and don't care about anything. Just look at them! I hate going there but I needed medicine. So I try to use self checkout so I don't have to interact with the low life's they hire and the checkout machine won't read my card and shocker that the staff there can't figure out how to fix it or reset it so you have no choice but to go and have the miserable staff there check you out and they can barely do that without giving the customers attitude because they have no drive in life to get a better job! Walgreens is right across the street my advice is to go see them. Or any head hunters out there go give the staff at CVS better jobs because who wants to constantly deal with this service decay of the shops we have been using for over 20 years of living here!

Called their number, was put on hold for over 20 minutes only for them to hang up. The reason I called was because I went to the store to pick up my prescription, but was told they were out of stock. So I transferred my medication to a different cvs pharmacy, only for them to tell me that it was in fact in stock there. But when I went back to this location I was told that they did have it but just sold it since my medication transfer earlier that day. Lousy customer service, lousy phone service, never coming back to this location ever again.

Went to this CVS pharmacy to pick up a family's medication they did not have it told me they wouldn't have it for a couple of weeks was never notified of this at all what kind of pharmacy and customer service is this not to give their customer a call to let them know the upsetting part is they told me I should have called them the thing is I called them got the automated system and it stated that med was on back order and would be available of Friday the 3rd then before I went I called again and it said the medication was being processed so I did call but then they told me I should have spoke to a live person this blew my mind I am so upset about this

Today I went up to pick up my seizure medicine and the young pharmacist with long brown hair helped me at the to-go window. She told me the price and I ask why it was more than last month's. She said she doesn't know. I asked if she applied the Good Rx discount and she said yes but I can go ahead and check because it changes everyday and it might be different from my end. I was confused and asked her if she could check on her end because that didn't make much sense to me. She THEN DECIDED TO WALK AWAY AND LAUGH AND SLAM THE WINDOW SHUT. I pushed the call button and a pharmacy tech opened the window and didn't know why she walked away. Then she comes up interrupts me talking to him and says she can't help me and I said fine and shoo'd her away which she didn't like which resulted in her questioning the dose of my freaking anti-convulsant medicine and threatened to call my doctor. I went in the store to have a conversation with the pharmacist and question why she's threatening to call me doctor all of a sudden after years of being on the same prescription just to find out she had her manager call the police and force me to leave without my SEIZURE MEDICINE FOR CHRIST'S SAKE in such an embarrassing fashion. Talk about horrible customer service. The manager's name is Angelica. No one has ever talked down to me because of the dosage of the anti-convulsant I have to be on. To have been discriminated in such a way from a PHARMACIST is unbelievable and absolutely unprofessional. I'm nervous to go into another pharmacy after this experience it was so traumatic.
