Have been taking my jeep to Crady's for years for the normal service. When catastrophe struck, I had it towed to Crady's even before I talked to them about it. Jamie, Dale and the team have always been so helpful and friendly...this time was no different! I was driving back and forth to Prescott AZ and they got things running and back on track in just a day or two, leaving me time to drive it around town to get comfortable it was going to strand me in the middle of nowhere! The great thing about a woman owned mechanic is NO ONE ever talks down, discounts your opinion or tries to upsell what you need. Highly recommend them!

These guys are crooks dont waste your time. They wouldn't install aftermarket parts on my Ford Truck because they couldn't guarantee and boasted about thier guarantee. Well they did a simple hose replacment and valve cover gasket and they both leaked. So let's go back to that guarantee.. I CALLED TWICE WITH NO RESPONSE. I EMAILED JAMIE THE OWNER WITH NO RESPONSE AND FINALLY FAST TALKING DALE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE ANSWERED.DALE SAID THEY WONT BE ABLE TO HONOR THIER WORD BECAUSE THEY LOST THIER DIESEL TECH AND APPARENTLY NO ONE ELSE THERE CAN REPLACE HOSES OR VALVE COVER GASKETS. DALE TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT. WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ITS FIXED HE SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT AFTER I JUST TOLD HIM AND DALE SAID THATS YOUR OPINION AND HUNG UP ON MEI WILL UPDATE IF THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED.

Best experience. My car had pretty messed up breaks and they were able to fix it quickly and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning when my car has something wrong.

Great service! Every repair place I called said they couldn't see me, but Crady's made it so easy. I was in need of a quick ac repair before a trip, and they made it happen within a day.

My car had a broken tube in the coolant system, the people at Crady's were great about clearly communicating the issue, giving me an honest quote, and being straightforward about the time frame it'd take to fix it, I'd definitely return if anything goes wrong again.
