Putting a “we couldn’t remove this stain” tag on a shirt that YOU damaged does not absolve your mistakes. It is glaringly obvious your press machine did this. Unreal, this shirt was $120. Never using you again.

I made the mistake of switching to a dry cleaner that was more convenient due to location. I let it go the first time and thought maybe I was wrong, and gave them another shot but this place is 100% throwing your "dry cleaning" clothes into a washer and dryer. If you care about the fit or quality of your clothing, don't come here.

Dropped off my dress and my husbands suit and when I came back to pick it up 3 business days after it was promised, I saw my dress had a lot of snags on it that were not there and the food stain was left with a bigger water mark. Her excuse was the fabric snags easily and there wasn't anything she can do and it's known but I asked her why she didn't disclose that to be as it's a $395 Ted baker dress. She continued to be unapologetic saying all she can do is clean the water marks which is why the dress was taken there. Not only will I not return but as a business owner, you should be empathetic when you ruin a customers garment. I also asked why the stain on my dress wasn't checked after it was done and she had another excuse that they were closed for 3 days for a holiday but my promised date is the 1st and I picked up on the 6th. Don't trust your nice clothing here. I only had this dress for 10 days and it's ruined.

Courtesy Cleaners is a Wonderful family-owned business that truly shows pride in their work and the results prove it!! Their prices are affordable, as well. We had an upcoming wedding to attend and needed my husband and two sons' suits dry cleaned and altered. We reached out to Kevin and Becky and they immediately responded and answered all of our questions over the phone.My husband and sons got fitted and dropped off the suits. Courtesy Cleaners ensured our items would be available in the next couple of days before the event.We checked back in a few days later and picked up the suits. Everything fit perfectly and looked great in photos! Thanks, Kevin & Becky, for the wonderful service! We will definitely be back in the future!!

I Almost ruined my jersey by trying to dry clean it. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Did such an amazing job with stain management you would think it was fresh from the package. Thank you for such an amazing service!

I've been coming here for years for dry cleaning services (even way back when the prior management was running it). The couple that owns the place now are professional and friendly. Their services are reasonably priced and they always get my clothes turned around quickly.

Friendly, caring and professional husband and wife team that love our community of Placentia. They go out of their way to make sure our needs are taken care of for all dry cleaning issues. We use them regularly for over two years and have NEVER had a problem.
