Armando just eliminated 6 months of stress over business taxes in less than an hour, he made everything very simple to understand and was very professional, I definitely recommend to go to his office.

Hi, my name is Don H. and I had Cortes & Co. prepared my taxes last week. They are very professional and polite. The cost was a lot less than I had been paying for years and got much better results. I would definitely recommend them if you should need your taxes prepared for this year.

Been doing my taxes here for about 7 years and Armando has always been extremely helpful with my family and I. This would have been my 3rd year dealing with Armando. My daughter and I showed up to our scheduled tax appointment and to our surprise Armando was not available. We didn't receive a courtesy call or any type of notification to let us know he'd be a no show. His Sister decided to take the appointment in his place which was not our preference but being that we had already made the the drive out we figured we would make the most of it. From the start her demeanor was unprofessional. She was rude especially to my daughter, she came across as catty. The overall appointment felt more like an interrogation than a tax appointment. She became more bothered anytime we would ask questions as if we were questioning her ability to do her job which was not the case we just simply had questions pertaining to our taxes...Her condescending approach was uncalled for and made this such unpleasant experience so much so that we decided to walk out mid appointment. She came across as a bully and made it a point to let us know she's been doing this for 7 years and she knew what she was talking about. Her ego was in full display. I don't know what her problem was but I'm sure she's used to talking down to her customers it just came to easy to her. I informed Armando about my experience and never received a reply. An unfortunate experience, I wont be coming back again.

Cortes and Co is the only place that has been honest, straight forward and knows what they are doing. I have been going with them for years and everytime they explain exactly how, why and what is going on with our taxes.

Armando and his team do excellent job with their long time experience. He explained for me everything and answer all my questions and take his time and when he does my taxes I have a peace of mind that everything is right. Armando gets all his customers with referral , my friend referred me almost ten years ago and thanks to her. Armando is so nice and he does a good job with really good price. Thank you Armando.
