I love this Stater bros. They always have what I need when I do my weeks worth of grocery shopping, I never leave without something I came for. For example, and the reason for this post: just the other day I was looking for some artichoke jalapeño spinach dip at the beginning of my shopping. There was a lady restocking items in that area and we both looked and couldn't find any. First time that's ever happened! I was sad lol. I'm then in the checkout line towards the end of my shop and the same lady, (I wish I grabbed her name) found me in the checkout line and had found the dip I was looking for! she was restocking on the complete opposite side of where I was in the checkout line. She dropped everything she was doing, probably looked down every isle till she found me at the other side, almost ready to leave! I couldn't believe she went so out of her way for me. It may seem small but it seriously made my day and meant so much to me! Thank you!! (:

I went in to the meat dept on Saturday sept 8th. Must have been 30-40 flies flying around and landing on meat in the tables near the butchers. So gross. Needless to say- I won't be shopping there anymore.Zero stars!

We've been shopping at the Stater Brothers for five years. All of the employees are extremely helpful anytime we need help finding something. Nico one of the counter workers in the meat department and is extremely helpful, when I want to pick some filet mignon out of the meat counter he will gladly help and is always smiling with the best work ethics you can have. His customer service is quite impressive. I think the store manager should use him as an example of elite customer service and clone him:)This store is very well run with happy employees which stems from a really good store manager who knows how to train his staff. The ambiance of the overall experience is A+ they always have music playing though out the store.Thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable every visit. Best regards,Jeff Shubin

I was so discussed when I drove by this Stater Bros that I will probably never shop here because of what I witnessed. I believe the woman was a Supervisor who was clearly yelling at an older man that was outside in this horrible heat to collect shopping carts. The behavior of this woman was very unprofessional and a bad look for Stater Bros. I wondered to myself if this poor man was treated like this outside in a parking lot what happens behind closed doors in this store? I was in the parking lot of Stater Bros. today around 2:45pm, the woman was a lil heavier in black pants and a white shirt.

My receipt charged 10+ extra items at the front of my large order. My bad for being distracted and not catching it. Or was the shopper before me in cahoots with the cashier. Keep and eye folks. 7/18/23 10am, new supermarket scam or honest cashier mistake?

Stater's is still rocking it. Every. Single. Visit! It's really the people who make it the best experience in shopping. Shout out to the manager, Mr Ruiz, Debbie (who works everywhere and always takes time to greet everyone as a friend), and Alex in produce who is friendly, and "above and beyond"with advice and help. Seriously-I would volunteer here just to hang out with some really great people. Keep up the awesomeness!

Does this store ever clean the restrooms? Gross and filthy, it was however stocked with paper products and soap. I can only hope the people who clean the restrooms are not cleaning produce, dairy or meat sections. And while I'm at it, no, cashiers I don't want you talking to Mitzie about who you screwed over the weekend. Keep your chit chat to non customer time ok.

Everything very good except, and it's a big exception, the whole check-out experience. The manager/supervisor who is in charge of that part of the store not very helpful to their employees or customers. The cashier was having trouble for a LONG time with the register, but the supervisor did nothing to help her while I and another customer were waiting for at least 10 minutes. This supervisor even throwing bags in the cart when they finally decided to help, damaging the steak I bought. I hope Stater Bros. looks into this for the sake of other customers.

It was my first time coming into the store. It was clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and helpful as I was locating items in the store. The produce such as cilantro and blueberries were great. Definitely going back.

They need to work on staff attitude everytime i gonon my lunch here and there the cashiers always have a nasty rude attitude to everyone makes me not want to go back even more everytime i go.I got helped at cash register 1 right now and she was extremely rude

I normally like Stater Bros and used to like this location, but my last few experiences here were beyond awful. Both the staff and the store manager are unhelpful and completely unaware of their own store policies. I had a question around manufacturer coupons and the manager wasn't even sure if they could be reversed or not after being scanned. I finally called the nearby location in Yorba Linda and their store manager promptly and confidently shared their corporate policies, which was really helpful. Needless to say, beware if you go to this location, as the staff just isn't very nice in general. They also barely open up any checkout lines, so the wait times can sometimes be rather long. I recommend going to the location on Lakeview instead.

Rosiero the service manager lady is very rude , probably hates dogs, I'm never going to this store again ,she needs more training or needs to learn how to talk to people, I have a puppy "service dog"and he needs distilled water for the purifier and I had to drive to the store to find it I put a blanket down in the top part of the pushcart and put him in there while I grab the waters I was in and out in one minute and she had to tell me the dog can't be in the cart very rudely, Even though I had a blanket down,overall horrible experience , this place needs better management.

I love coming to this location because everything is well organized. But I must say for the third time yesterday, I've had to talk to someone about the produce section! Strawberries, grapes, and bell peppers always have white fuzzy mold.. It almost seems as if they try to hide the mold by flipping the item to the opposite side. Also, SOME of the cashiers have a tendency of rushing through scanning items. I unpacked my bags when I arrived to my home, to a discovery of broken eggs and broken chips from being tossed around so hard by a young man trying to get through all of my groceries as fast as he could. I'm sure everyone can agree groceries are not cheap. Please be courteous for we are all shopping to bring food home to our families. I really hope this location can work on those flaws!
