If you use you kick back card make sure you have it ready fast. One of the employees likes to swipe his card instead. Then when the person realizes I have my rewards card he pretends that it took my card. I guess the person doesn't know the card machine says swipe kick back card when it is properly queued up. When the machine says insert or swipe card card it's asking for payment. This person has done it to me three times. Please inform your employees that is not acceptable. I've been wondering why I haven't gotten my free polar pop yet. I guess I'm still 3 away.

The cashier is an asso ...there on a 10:15 pm and the tall asso not wearing a mask and being a dick to everyone some customer service wouldn't let my pregnant wife use the restroom thats right pregnant

This is the best place to buy broken out of the box overpriced headsets. Every single headset I've bought here has never once functioned properly. Everything is laughably overpriced. Staff is rude. This station is directly next to the ghetto where my friend was murdered. I can't see why anyone would ever go here. Unless they were a lowlife street rat asking you for money. There's plenty of that here.

The Japanese kid (oriental) has the worst customer service. The one time I'm in a HUGE hurry he sits and watches his phone slurping his slushee before he come helps me knowing i was there for a good minute.. Then he finally comes to front desk to help me I tell him what I want he acts as if he is going to get it but goes back to finish watching whatever he was on his phone then finally gets it. I pay for it he with a smart a** tone says have a nice day.... What happen to customer service? Because he is far from it!?!!

On the morning of Saturday, February 8, 2014 I went to Circle k on the corner of Richfield & Orangethorpe to use their air pump and to purchase gas...upon asking for the air pump code 3 times, which did not work. I asked for a possible other code yet refused. I asked for her to enter the # yet she refused. Bottom line the women salesclerk was unfriendly, unhelpful, and plain refused to help me with air pump she was plain incapable of problem solving. I would not recommend this gas station especially for the use of their air pump for is hit or miss if it works and their unfriendly staff. I left the Circle K, gave my business to another gas station further down the street.
