I frequently am in here, and would give 5 stars zero stars if I could for one thing, the daytime female manager. Routinely, she is rude, condescending, and displays zero customer service skills. Everyday without fail she is mad at the world. Not once has she ever smiled. The other employees are just the opposite, they hate working for her, I would too! She has no business having the position she does, please consider replacing her. Watch employee morale, profits, store likeability, and good reviews soar!

Hydrogen truck blocking EV charging....employees rude and indifferent. BOYCOTT Their prices are not low enough for such poor customer service.

It's unbelievable that I have to wait 25 minutes after fueling with hydrogen for the pump to unfreeze and release from my vehicle! Do not buy a MIRAI it takes $200.00 to fill up the tank and only gives you 270 miles. What a Ripoff.

Hydrogen price went through the roof all thanks to true zero! When the station is not off line, it's the price going up, it all start it with low 5 dollar a kilogram when the car was first introduced, now it's about 700% more per kilogram, and a typical hydrogen fuel cell car uses 5 and half kilograms, so you are paying 198 dollars for a full tank, (198 dollars ride around for about 250-350 miles max) so you are paying 0.57-0.79 cents per mile(a semi use about1.88-2 dollar/mile(with load), how long before that 15k complement fuel card run out? You do the math!

This has nothing to do with the service itself from the attendees and employees at the gas station. My complaint is the hydrogen pumps just filling up today and I'm just so grateful that it's working those who know know- well friends hydrogen is now $29.95 talk about price gouging. WTF!!! I have had a hydrogen vehicle for seven months when I first purchased hydrogen was 17.75 It is now nearly $30.00. Had I known I was going to be screwed every witch way I would've just bought a regular vehicle.

I actually told my friend Makar that I used to enjoy coming to this gas station when I worked in Placentia. The girl at the counter looked at me rudely and told me the restroom was working yet. Someone had just walked out of it and went to the car and I was there to buy gas, bathroom is only for special customers? What does that mean?

Come here to see the future of gas stations. Renewable biodiesel and excellent TrueZero hydrogen pumps on two islands. 4 dispensers. Kudos to management..

Not sure if this was just bad timing but the gas pumps werent accepting my card and well basically the gas attendant was un available so I was unable to pump gas and had to fo to a different gas station

Over night guy was amazing y 5 star service. First time in a while I've had anything more then 3 star service at a gas station on any shift. Kudos to this guy and the station.bathrooms were clean and available to public ,store was stocked and tidy and he was friendly yet not to talkative. Air was available and working . Recommended for any drivers looking for a decent 5 min driving stop or fill-up location.prixes for gas were area standard fyi

This is one of the places to get hydrogen gas for your fuel cell vehicle. Other places are too often low on fuel or the pump is consistently offline. However the pumps are slow as heck. If you come here to refuel your hydrogen car make sure to bring a book or a crossword puzzle to do.

This location not only has gas, but several options. There is a ChargePoint EV charge station and hydrogen pumps. This location can accommodate a wide variety of vehicles. Kudos to Chevron for expanding beyond just fuel.
