Castner's is awesome, I take our company trucks there whenever something needs repairs, Very honest!!!!! I had taken one of the truck to the dealer and they told me it was the catalytic converter, and it would be 3,000 dollars to fix, I thought wow thats alot, My boss told me to take it to Castners and get a quote from them. well it turned out that the catalytic converter was fine, there was nothing wrong with it. Another place would of taken advantage and said it needed it when it didn't, and charged me alot. just last week, the truck needed brakes, so I took it to a tire place and they were charging me 600$. I took it to Castners and paid 360$ Thanks guys for your professional, honest and awesome service.....

I needed to get my truck smogged at a STAR certified location. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, and the staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. I will be going here moving forward!

We trust Castners fully!! The quality of service and care is top notch. Been taking our cars there for several years. They ALWAYS exceed our expectations. AND honest. Recently, Ron told us we DIDN'T need what we thought we did that which would have been costly. Peace of mind!!! Also, Katy in the office is very efficient and easy to work with.

This place is now our go to for our auto repair and maintenance. We feel that the owners and mechanics, honest and straightforward. They are fairly close to our home, so convenience is also a factor. I have found them to be nearly as expensive as my Toyota dealership. But, they do good work.

I only made a phone call to them to ask a few questions. They were professional and polite. They answered the phone promptly and answered each one of my questions. Thought a couple prices were a bit much but they have been in business for years so that says alot to me. They know what there doing and doing something right. You don't always want the cheapest route because I belive you get what you pay for. I would trust these guys with my truck.

Love this place I have taken my work truck here twice and they don't make up stuff so you can pay a lot of money for something not needed!! Took my truck thinking it was going to be something very expensive that the dealer told me it was because the check engine light went on!!! and castners checked it and it was nothing!! I would have spent over 800 dollars at the dealer and turned out to be nothing!!! Thank you thank you thank you

I had my 2006 Toyota Sequoia with low mileage towed here after it over heated, the engine sounded terrible and I knew it was probably not going to be good news. I wanted to get some answers for why it overheated and caused damage so quick. I just took a short trip to the grocery store and nothing was out of the ordinary, no sounds, no lights, no steam. I would have to had my eye on the temperature gauge to know that it was happening and who does that on a short trip to the grocery store? Ron tells me that my car was severely overheated and I need a new engine and it would cost me $10,000. I trusted him but I'm not going to just drop 10k without researching so I got a bunch of quotes from other shops for an engine swap and decided to go with another shop that was more reasonable and wasn't going to charge labor for accessories. On the way out I told him I was going with another shop and I asked one last time "are you sure it needs a new engine?" (just looking for reassurance, it's a big decision). This is when it got weird, he said "you're still in denial, you blew this engine, you have to really drive for a long time with a car bagging an popping for it to cause this kind of damage", as he's pointing his finger at me. So if you want to go to a mechanic that implies that you are a liar, troubleshoots the car assuming you abused it, and can't figure out how to call the right number (they said they called me 3 times and left 3 voicemails, still waiting for those), go to Castners. Turns out my engine has full compression in 7 out of 8 cylinders and one head gasket will take care of it. If Ron did a full investigation instead of assuming I destroyed my truck that I love out of negligence he would have found the same thing. Thanks for wasting my time and kicking me when I'm down. On a positive note, they didn't charge me on my way out
