I got a call from Car Trackers after I had received offers from CarMax, Carvana and couple of small dealers. Alex(Arquam) and Zul were so easy to work with. I got my SUV sold within a few hours with better offer and very seamless transaction. These guys impressed me so much, I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone interested in working with this this company and their staff. Thank you Alex and Zul.

The positive reviews are legit. I went through Autonation, Carvana, Carmax, Driveway and a local KIA dealership, and they all offered me way below than CarTracker. Shafi was my main point of contact. He answered all my questions and everything he said it would happen, it did. The process of selling my car was fast and honest. On top of that, their customer service was prompt and with multiple channels of communication. I had a few doubts and they were taken care of almost immediately.

I had a great experience with Car Trackers. I sold them my 2020 VW Golf and thoroughly checked the market to see what I could get for the car. They had the best price. The payment for the car was same day when they picked it up. They even inspected the car remotely. Everything was very convenient. The accounting person went above and beyond when I was confused about how the payment day-of would work— she explained it to me after hours to make sure I didn’t delay the deal inadvertently. They had some very minor kinks in their process but it was evident these kinks were actually because they were working to improve their processes. (And none of that was a big deal.) Very pleased with the entire team and especially with the high price I got for my car.

Don't recommend dealing with them. Their rates are not competitive. At the last moment they charge you/make you pay for the transaction. Real rude guy picked up my sold vehicle 4 hours late. I followed instructions verbatim and gave the guy my Title with key hand off. For weeks they have been harassing me requesting another document (that was not requested at pick-up/key handoff) while I am doing a large move across country; yet they won't ever send a FedEx envelope. I should receive compensation. For selling your car in SoCal I recommend Driveo.

Service was great. Sold my 2018 Lexus to Car Trackers. They had clear instructions on how to complete the transaction. Received the money through a wire transfer pretty quickly and they picked up the car shortly after. The whole process went smoothly and was quick. Was a great choice since I didn’t want to deal with the headache of selling to a private buyer.

I’ve sold multiple cars to Carmax and Car Trackers were much better.
Super fast. I never needed to leave my home. The money was in my account before I turned over the keys. Seamless. I highly recommend.

I sold my car to Cartrackers in three hours. Shoutout to Shafi in sales - he beat my quote from Carvana and Carmax. Super easy videocall audit, pickup, and transfer. Highly recommend.

What a great easy experience! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first but Alex answered all my questions and walked me through the sale. When he says it will be an easy transaction,
He is exactly right!! Great communication! Highly recommended!! Thx Alex!

Selling a car is generally a PIA, but things went pretty smoothly with Car Trackers. Listed the car on KBB, got an immediate call from a Mazda of Orange and then Car Trackers. Mazda told me that the KBB number was definitely the lowest they would be able to offer, but that after inspecting it, the number could go up. Did a video inspection with Mazda, then Car Trackers called. Did another video inspection. In the end, Mazda tried to lowball 1000 below what KBB said and what they said would be their lowest offer. Car Trackers came in 1000 over. Quick and painless with Car Trackers. Signed the papers with Car Trackers Saturday, they picked up the car Monday. Mazda of Orange wanted me to come in for an on-site inspection. I'll never deal with the bozos at Mazda again. If you need to sell a car, don't hesitate to call Car Trackers.

I decided to sell my vehicle as a private seller to get a bit more than a trade in or traditional dealership may offer yet priced it to move quickly. Received a lot of inquiries, one buying service offered the same value as trade in...Car Tracker's Alex (Arquam) reached out, made a reasonable offer, scheduled transaction that I could work with, payment receive timely, scheduled transportation/pickup, and everything went smoothly. I think some potential buyers were disappointed that I sold my vehicle so quickly, but a smooth, easy experience is greatly appreciated over trying to squeeze a few more bucks on the sale. Alex was great, reasonable offer, and would recommend Car Trackers to others.

Please Read. I read all the bad reviews so I'm writing this in hopes of helping people understand how this business operates. There are a lot of 4 & 5 star reviews, not sure how they got them but likely they all from customers that take very lowball offers, and hold full title. These cases offer zero risk, and the upside is so good these people likely fly right through their process.
First you get no quick online quote, even after going through their process, Vin#, Millage, Damage all that. What you get is a phone call within minutes, in my case. That's when they read the seller, starting with being a bit evasive when trying to get their offer. They want to do a video call to check out the car, well it was dark at that time I said I just wanted a ball park, a price based on info I gave them, I said; "if you can't do that than just forget it.
That along with "I have done my research, I know the retail value" I got an offer I thought was great, it was a range that nearly matched Kelly blue to the dollars. I thought at the time, wow this is a respectable business, and then set a video up for the next day, today. So 15 min after the video, they called back, offering the low end of the range. I was not having that, they upped it and we meet in the middle. Here's where the problem stared, when they explained the process. First they want some info, payoff and stuff, then after you sign paper work, they set a Date and time to pick up the car. Well during the back and forth over price "We'll get this all done today with a check in your hand" another reason to come down from my firm, was the suggestion, The ole "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" So ok he completes the walk through.
I then asked "How will you verify Payoff?" "Oh we don't pay it off before we pic it up, but we do pay you with a check for the amount above the payoff".
BIG RED FLAG, this didn't seem to make sense, your giving me a check for a tiny fraction of the cars value, and then kind of making a promise to pay the bank? Why?, Wire transfer is nearly instant. I didn't kill the deal there, I decided to read the reviews, and after reading them, there seems to be a pattern of changing the offer when they get {a better look} at the car, and stop payments of the small checks, payoffs taking weeks and longer, meaning another payment must be paid buy the party that no longer has the car.
I should of expected something during the video call, He had me walk around the call 4 plus feet away, when I focused in the car wheels to point out curd rash damage, the 1st wheel "yeah ok" did not ask to see others or (is that the worst of it)? Also did not want to see under the hood.
So do not waist your time with these people, unless you are ok with taking 1/2 the wholesale value.

I've dealt with a lot of companies like this and Car Trackers is by far the worst in terms of customer service, level of knowledge, misrepresentations, and overall lack of professionalism. I certainly would recommend extinguishing all other options before you fall back to this bottom-of-the-barrel option.
