Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “AMAZING. Their reservation line never communicated to the location that they needed to pick us up since we were down the street. When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. There were quick to respond and said they would send someone out as soon as possible. They came pretty quickly and saved the day, I would give them seven stars.”

“??♀️fell into 1105 n harbor blvd, Fullerton Avis/Budget by chance…not realizing the ENTIRE ?was in the area & they were ALL renting a ???♀️Chris MORE than deserves a rai$e…his job is a very tough gig!! on Sunday when we were speaking; Chris had a line of people returning their ? ~~ Chris NEVER missed a beat; explaining that he had people (all standing in line) & were all in a (BIG) hurry…at this point; Chris WASN’T rude or impatient; he was calm & ASKED me to call him on Monday…Chris’ entire demeanor was on point as an example of EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL customer service ~~ not only did he explain the situation to me; his demeanor didn’t change as he spoke to the person in front of him…

THEN the next day; i was horrified to find my rental MISSING‼️ i had parked in a private space @ an apartment complex ..,Chris told me who i needed to call~~the ?had been towed…when i couldn’t get enough info i called Chris back & asked him what else i could do to help…. he gave me the # for Customer Service & after a few minutes the 1st person i spoke to HUNG up on me(probably because i couldn’t understand what he was saying) i called back & Brandon was the next person i spoke with…?Brandon…i followed every step he told me; & within another hour; i was able to have my baby brother take me to p/u my rental ????

“The ladies at this Enterprise location were super helpful. It's a small location and they don't have a ton of cars so when we showed up we sort of got what we got. But after a couple of days we needed a more appropriate vehicle for our needs and they were able to swap us out with minimal hassle. Return was also easy. Location is small but clean and so are the vehicles. This is my go-to location should I need another rental.”

The 15 passenger van I reserved was not available, which was very disappointing (not to mention the problem it caused) but the agents' service was very helpful to replace it with a minivan.
If the such vans are not available, it should be taken off the rsvp list.”

“1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.”

“After spending hours looking for a car rental I stumbled on this one. I had 2 cheaper reservations at LAX and Ontario. But reading and hearing all the negative reviews I got a bit nervous. And here they offered a 7 seater which was great. The best part I had no waiting time! I came over was able to choice from several van and choose a Suburban. Everything was handled in 15 minutes. And upon returning it took me about 5 minutes. Shout out to my Filipino looking Nepali friend. Sorry I forget your name. But thank you for giving us the best start of our vacation.”
