This shop was recommended by my insurance company and the staff was transparent and kept good communication with me about the work that needed to be done on my car. They were even able to get it back to me earlier than originally anticipated and walked me through the repairs that were done once it was ready to be taken home to make sure I was satisfied. They also washed my car and cleaned the interior before they returned it to me, which was a nice surprise!”

“Carstar La Habra Collision has done amazing work on three of our vehicles over the years. Two vehicles were involved in more serious accidents, requiring extensive repairs. Most recently, however, they repaired the rear bumper of our BMW that was involved in a minor fender bender. Jonathan & Deana deserve all credit in the world; Upon arrival, their hospitality, communication and genuine care for their client is what makes Kaizen the standard. I had damage to my driver side fender, front bumper and tire rim. Jonathan gave a fair estimate then gave me daily updates on how the repair was looking. After having my car for less than a week, I got my car back washed, detailed and looking brand new. “Easy peasy. Filed everything through State Farm app. Got a list of repair shops, and chose Fix Auto in Brea. Fix Auto called me right away and scheduled appointment to look at my Tesla. When I brought my car in for the repairs, they called me a Lyft to get my rental car. They kept me informed via text about the progress of the repair (like when they ordered the parts, when the parts came in, and when they started repairs, etc.). Fixed in 10 days. Brought back the rental car. Didn’t even have to return it to Hertz, they took care of it all. Car looks great! Friendly service. What more could you ask for.”

“I personally came in for a hood scoop, dent on hood, rock chips being filled in on the hood, and spoiler being painted. They did all that perfectly. When I got home I saw scratches from the installation on top of my trunk next to the spoiler. When I went back the next morning they polished all the scratches away and I was left very happy with the results. In the end there was a minor hiccup that they fixed right away. “OC recon is great. Went in for the quote and came back loving the work. He’s the man to go to if you need PDR work done. He worked magic on my car. The quarter panel was dented in bumper was damaged too. He made it look like it never happened. Did PDR and painted the bumper. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend it.”
