I got a flat tire this morning and was told to call here. Bryan assisted me over the phone and was so kind!! Pricing was super fair also! He sent a technician about an hour or so later to my location. Super helpful and informative, showed me images of the huge gash in my tire from possibly running over metal. (Can’t remember his name but very great customer service!) Would use them again! Thankful to have found this company for future business.

Needed an alignment for my car, made a call and they ready to help. Friendly staff. Well knowledgeable staff. Great prices that are competitive to others. Was in and out quickly which is always appreciated at any car service places. Highly recommended shop for alignments and tires. Other services I have not had an opportunity to try out yet but I believe they should be solid. Thank you again.

Place is under new ownership from last time I remember coming here. Staff was super friendly. Got my breaks, tires, and oil change here at fair price. They got everything done very quick compared to other shops I've been to. This is my new go-to for maintenance. Best tire service in Placentia.

Couple of weeks ago I noticed my sensor showed I needed air in my rear tire. I searched for a tire shop and came across Best Value Tire and Wheel. Pulled in to find Anthony working on a truck and asked if he would be so kind to put air in my tire. He said to give him a couple of minutes, he'd move the truck and help me. He checked to make sure he was adding the right amount to each tire and then let me know I was done. I was out of there within 10 mins. Most tire shops have charged me in the past for air (or at least tried to because I leave once they tell me there's a charge) but I was so grateful I offered to pay and Anthony said no. Great customer service and I will definitely return once I need a new set of tires.

I went in last week with a cracked rim. I was helped to look for the same make to replace the broken rim. Once we discovered it was discontinued, I was helped to select a new set of rims in their warehouse catalog. Once I decided on a set, I left my vehicle and was able to have my car good to go same day. And they gave me a military discount. Great service, highly recommend!

I rarely leave Yelp reviews, but I feel this is warranted. The TPMS light on my car came on due to a screw in my rear driver's side tire and I went to Best Value Tire and Wheel because they are conveniently close to my office. The gentleman told me it would be repairable after showing him the same photo attached to the review and said it would take about 15 mins. I paid the $25 to get it done (as shown in the attached screenshot). It ended up taking about 30 mins (not the issue, as things can get in the way).The very next day, the TPMS light comes back on and I check my tires--only to find THE SAME SCREW IN THE SAME TIRE.As shown in the screenshot, I had to get rear drivers side tire patched at Sam's Club because it wasn't ever done in the first place. The tech said there were no existing patches in the tire. I'm not going to die over the $25 I paid, but the principle of this entire situation is so wrong. What did I even pay for? Why was my car there for twice as long as estimated? I don't get it. Really lame way to do business.

Great customer service. I was greeted with a. Genuine smile upon walking in. I'd called ahead to see if they had tires to fit my 2017 Honda civic. They did and we made an appointment for a few hours later. Once there, I waited maybe 45 minutes total for four new tires. I drove 12 hours to Utah and back with them with no complaints. Absolutely would recommend!
