“I received payment from a client via a check issued by Bank of America. When I visited the bank to cash the check, they repeatedly tried to convince me to open an account with them, despite my consistent refusals. After enduring 35 minutes (excluding the wait time in line), they informed me that they couldn’t cash my check. I remain perplexed as to why they couldn’t honor a Bank of America check. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. The manager, Eddie or Edgar (I can’t recall his name), exhibited passive-aggressive behavior. Ultimately, I became annoyed and decided to leave. I still believe Bank of America is a reputable bank, but this particular branch left much to be desired.

They really don't care if you are a business customer. There is a special line for biz customers but make you wait there until personal customers are seen. May as well wait in regular line. They do not care if you are a business customer.

I've been going to this branch for 22 years now. I really like the gentleman who works there and the staff is fairly polite but Despite of hundreds of requests there is always a long long line. Many times I've been in line for more than an hour. Does the management even care. It feels like a monopolistic Attitude where they are so big that they don't care. There are sometimes old ppl in line for an hour and I've let ppl go in front of me so many times. Honestly it feels like they just don't value their customers time

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE !!!Don't waste your time coming here ..I don't bank with them but because I have EDD I need to use this bank to withdrawal funds. They made me feel like I was not important. I had to be identified in person to report my edd card lost which I get and i don't mind. So I went in waited to be called into one of there offices. Finally a young man Rafael called me in he's very professional and was doing his job right. So he had to call a special phone number and left me speaking with another rep on the phone. As I'm speaking with the rep on the phone one of Rafael upper management comes by the door and pulls him out. So I stayed only still speaking with rep .. We finally ended the call. 15 min past and I'm still waiting for Rafael. No one came to check up on me. So I couldn't wait any longer I got up and went to see if I was able to take out my money and guess who I see as a teller ? Rafael the person who was helping me. Like I mentioned I don't blame Rafael but I do blame his upper management who pulled him away from me to attend others. I know they were prob short staff but still someone should of followed up and not just left me there !! Bad service !!!

***After going here I invested $250,000 at CIT Finance. There is no minimum investment; you can put in $100. I bought a No Penalty CD with a 4.75 APY. I also opened a checking account without fees. Do not let this bank have your hard earned money, charging you to transfer it in, paying nothing for keeping it and lending it out to make an obscene profit for their CEOs***I went in to this BofA today to get info about opening an account. Not giving transparent and clear info about accounts insured up to the FDIC amount of $250k by the branch manager, Melanie Perez, almost nothing paid to have a deposit and fees for everything made me walk away without opening any account. They charge $45 to do a wire transfer to deposit money with them (Over $10k they waive the fee. It doesn't matter if I was going to open with more than that; banks are charging outrageous fees to deposit money by hard working people while their corp execs and board are billionaires) and then pay .oo1 percent taxable interest on the money they will loan out at an interest rate that is 100 times what they pay you . ? Customer service calls are routed out of the United States so if you have a problem as a customer of Bank of America, you will almost certainly be speaking with someone not in America whose primary language is not English. Also, the lobby is not open at all on Saturdays so you will spend your lunch hour just waiting in line. In addition, If you are on vacation and use an ATM you will pay a fee for the ATM and also a percentage of the money you withdraw as a "Foreign Transaction Fee"; I think it was 3 percent. I can't think of one good reason to open an account here.

So we walk in to do 'banking' inside the bank, a rare thing to do but still. There is only on other patron who is at the one window that is open, with one teller at the window. Behind the windows were 4 or 5 other employees all in suits and looking all professional (like care sales guys) but not doing anything. Everyone just stands around. One comes out the door from the teller windows and says hello, asks us what we need and once told, simply walks away, "They'll help you!" he said before joining his coworker in the middle of the passage way (the bank is a hall and offices mostly now). Together the regal each other in stories, the guys behind the counter watch the one teller working struggle with the only other customer and nothing gets done. Basically, a lot of guys in suits and only one of them doing anything (apparently badly), while the rest just goofed off. Anyway, it is apparent that no one gives a darn about us, so eventually we walk out in frustration. The guy who did speak with us looks up as we go by, breaking his happy play with his work buddy, and I tell him. " It really looks bad for you two to be goofing off out here in plain sight of customers who need you to work." He giggled like I was being an idiot and went back to telling stories and laughing with his buddy. "You realize we are customers that are walking out, right?" He smiled and then went back to ignoring me. Employee of the year material there! Bank of America is bad enough without this branch being this bad. I have not gone inside for years and had no idea they had gotten this two star bad . . . so I will give them one, just to be clear that folks should never, ever use this branch.

Walked in today at 9:05am. 8 employees visible. 1 teller for business accounts with 4 ppl waiting & 1 teller for regular accounts with 10 +people waiting. After waiting in line 30mins, I walked out. Poor customer service, Not enough tellers!!! Manager should be picking up the slack!

Such a horrible place to bank at. First of all the lines are super long. It took them 35 minutes to get through 4 customers. The tellers have to ask the manager for help for every little thing. They have knowledge to do ONLY the basic tasks their job entails, an additional step would throw them off. They’re also very nosy, they get involved and ask personal questions, which are none of their business. Their job says to do one thing, they just don’t do it and go off a completely different standard. I will never come back again, especially after the horrible remodel they just finished which makes the bank look like a bunch of cut out boxes.

This is the worse BOA branch I've seen and I've been banking with them for 30 years - you need better management that has some common sense and schedule a min of 2 tellers or have a flexible employee that can gelp when lines are long as I'm writing this I'm standing in line with 9 people waiting g for a teller which they only have 1 and 6 bank employees insuits watching the people in line - And yes the transaction I need to complete requires a teller unfortunately
