“Schools First Credit Union provides the best banking and financial advicement service in all of Orange County. Emilio Arenas has been our financial advisor for the past 3 years and it is because of his great wealth of knowledge, positive attitude, attentiveness and his genuine love and curiosity for all things banking that we keep Schools First Credit Union as our 1st banking choice. Whether you you talk the teller, receptionist, or other financial advisors at the Placentia or Cal State Fullerton Branch they will all day how amazing he is and how he has helped them learn something new. Emilio sets the bar high and is always genuinely willing to help others. It has been a great pleasure and privilege to have been able to work with him. He has recently gotten a promotion and we are sad to hear we won't be able to bank directly with him. We are proud of him and wish him the best. He truly deserves to climb the ranks. Thank you Emilio for all your financial advise; you truly made banking fun and exciting!”

“Walked in today to go open up a joint banking account with my girlfriend and after waiting for a short few minutes, we were greeted by a nice young man by the name of Christopher. He was very helpful in the process of opening up our joint account and made the entire experience feel easy!”

“Two experiences here so far and both have been great! I needed some brand new bills for the holiday season and Lunar new year. The first time I walked in and waited in line to ask a teller, second time I walked up to a banker and inquired. Both times they asked the service manager and she said yes!! New bills are hard to come by so I was really glad that they had some in the cash vault. Here's a few do's and don'ts to make your banking experience better. Do - Look at your phone, go on social media do whatever the heck you do when you're not standing in a bank line and you'll be just fine. Expect to wait, there's usually 2 tellers on the line. Use online banking for your wire transfers, it's easier than you think. The amount of paperwork and signatures are unnecessary when you see a banker- for you and for them. Be considerate to the banking team, they don't make the rules they just follow them. Don't- Be mad, huffing and puffing that you're waiting in line to deposit a check that could have been done on your mobile app or at the drive up ATMs. Give the tellers a hard time bc you want to take out cash that could've been done at the ATMs. Walk in expecting to see a banker for a new account opening that can easily be done on line.”

“I bank with 5 different institutions, all great! But the personal attention from branch employees from the manager down is superb. Its definitely a place I want to do business at.”

“I am power of attorney for a friend who died on 11/21/2019. He had an account with Sprint for his phone and had the monthly chares directly paid through his bank account. I called Sprint to cancel his service and was told they could not help me because I did not know his PIN or his security question password. Twice I called them (explaining he was deceased) and they kept repeating that I needed his PIN or security question password. I then decided to go to Chase and ask that they not honor any charges to this account from Sprint. I was fortunate enough to get a banker named Jose A. Monterrosa. He was so gracious and helpful. He put a hold on any future payment to Sprint and also waived the normal fee that is charged for deleting autopay to this vendor. I have recently had occasion to deal with Chase Bank several times since becoming the power of attorney for my friend and I am totally impressed with their employees and their service.”

“It can be an adjustment when Banks are bought out, and some processes change. The good thing is the change is for the better! Not only is US Bank an exceptional bank, but so are its employees! One in particular, Mia Mckiernan! Welcoming, thoughtful, a great smile, and genuine care! Mia took time to explain things and went above and beyond as she figured out everything I needed with my transaction, app, and biometric 2 step verification. Love the attention to detail and the incredibly powerful customer service experience I received. Thank you, Mia! US Bank was lucky to get an amazing former Union Bank employee. Great combination of service and knowledge!”

“I usually do not go to this BofA but I was in the area running errands and stopped by the ATM quickly. To my surprise the ATM dispenses bills to your liking! Usually the ATM dispenses bills of one amount and it was a pleasant surprise. I've been inside this BofA a few times and the service is standard. Nothing special. The extra star is for their ATM bill option. Also, they have a drive-thru ATM which is convenient.”
