Ray was really really nice in the beginning but after paying almost 10,000 for a car and driving it back to vegas it started overheating. He kept reassuring me it was a really nice car and it made me and my husband wonder but it drove really nice. He promised to pay half of what the cost was and now 1300+ later and that's not including 2 tow fees and other little things I needed to do, he now tells me he can't give me half of my invoice and that the mechanic robbed me.. let me remind you they did the entire coolant system in the car and they said that someone had been putting stop leak in it. We flew out to California and paid for a room to buy this car he promised nothing was wrong with but now we're out of almost 14,000 for something we could've bought in vegas. WARNING IF YOU'RE NOT A MECHANIC AND OR DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO REALLY GO THRU THR ENTIRE CAR... DON'T BUY HERE....

Ray was nice for the most part. Drove 100 miles one way to see a car which had 3 leaks and 2 dry rotted tires with cracking on the sidewalls. I have a hard time believing he didn't know about this. He was selling this car on the middle range of good. He stated his mechanics "reconditioned" the car, which was obviously false. Valve cover was leaking, power steering pump was leaking to the floor, coolant reservoir was bone dry, lower torque bar was bad due to the leak, and again those two unsafe tires were on there. All in all $500-$750 in parts for the dealer to fix and probably $1.2 k in fixes for the customer. He would not come down $500. Highly recommend looking thoroughly at the cars here before buying. Do not trust their "reconditioned" process.

We bought a car from them last year and we have been 100% satisfied. His customer service was great. He didn't pressure us to buy anything.We recently went back to buy another car and again, no pressure and great customer service. Super friendly.

What a disappointment after such a great start. I sent an email inquiry about a 2010 Lexus GS350, Beige sedan through CarFax, to Auto Network. Got an email back pretty quick from Ray Milani earlier this week (of 9/26/2022). Then we spoke by phone, extensively, around Tues., about arranging for me to come on Thurs., because I work during the week, and Auto Network closed too early for me to drive from work, during Los Angeles rush hour before they closed, in Placentia, near Disneyland. So, we arranged for me to come in today, Thursday, 9/29/22, and Ray would wait until 6:30P - 7P for me to arrive. He also let me know he would 'hold' the car until I had a chance to see it. He even did a breakdown and emailed the total 'out the door' price, and even sent me a brochure on an extended warranty program Auto Network offers. He never asked for a deposit, though I would have given one to hold the vehicle. I even called my Credit Union to confirm my pre-approved loan, at an excellent rate. I asked for time off from work (I asked to leave a little earlier than planned to accommodate both Ray, and myself. (I work for a Law Firm, and they're in the middle of a big case, so everyone is SUPER busy. We really rely on each other to pick up the slack on workload). Because I don't currently have a car, I arranged to have my niece drive me there, in the middle of rush hour, to test drive the car. I RUSHED to get my work done, told everyone I was leaving early, and my niece adjusted her schedule around this meeting. Ray told me to call in the afternoon to confirm I was coming this evening, and I did JUST that. I called at 2:30P, and he informed me he had just sold the car. REALLY??? Good thing I wasn't already on the road fighting traffic to get down there. RAY had my number, because he reached out to ME to ask about my interest in the car. I can only guess he had NO intention of calling me. Did he see my picture and doesn't sell to Brown... people color. By the way, the Beige 2010, Lexus GS350 is still upon CarFax. Still available for sale! So, beware, Auto Network OR Ray Milani aren't honest, and look like they can't keep their promises.

I usually don't write bad reviews but Ray, the owner of auto network deserves it. Bought a car, two weeks later the transmission needed to be replaced. Not a cool thing to do man but karma will get you. Also, I still had to pay the deductible which I thought he will cover. That shows you what kind of guy he is.

I drove all the way from ontario..to see a car walk in ask about a infiniti qx60...the guy was like its in the back and on top of a rail ......we went to go see it .we couldn't see it from the inside becouse it was on a rail .finally about 15 mins the guy showed up,and turned it on.with the remote .but i wanted to see it from the inside ..he told us to climb the rail...i was like what....we just walk out..he was unprofessional..there were 3 guys .they didnt want to sell.......u walk in they dont greet u or nuthing......i have a business...and thats not custumer service........we left .....

Great selection at great prices....just be sure you have it inspected by a professional before purchasing. I had test drove a car and found out that part of the electrical system was out.
