Shout out to Jake H. from Audi North OC! Great person and awesome service advisor! Answers any and all of my questions I have regarding my vehicle and service being done, and always reminds me he’s a phone call away if I ever need any other services! The technician that worked on my vehicle did a really good job with the detailed multi point inspection I was able to view digitally through my phone and save to my archives for later. So shout out to the technician as well, thank you Audi North OC and if you’re looking for a service spot that accepts walk ins and takes care of their clients come here!!!

I recently took my Audi Q3 to be serviced by Audi North OC and can't say enough about how grateful I am to these guys! Jake Haslemann was amazing. Took care of me from the start. He paid special attention to every detail. He made sure I had a courtesy vehicle after I dropped off my car to be serviced. He sent me regular updates and ordered a part to fix my broken visor (hadn't taken my vehicle for that), but I was more than happy to finally have my visor fixed. Once I picked up my car he made sure it was clean and spotless! More importantly he was very detailed and upfront about the services/cost to repair my vehicle. I never felt anxious about being overcharged. These guys are the best! Super professional and easy to work with. Truly exceeded my expectations!
