“This is a Superstore and is larger and has more variety/stock then typical stores. Online pickup can be a little confusing. If your item is in a locker, those are located just inside the main entrance. If you are doing curbside or larger item not in a locker, that is located on the East side towards the back of the building. Love their plant selection.”

“I went here in interest of what kind of BBQ grills they have as an option and what they offer as I like things to be visual. It's on that right hand plaza next to an Italian restaurant. The owner here as I hear many reference as Sunny is knowledgeable and provided an answer to my questions. As I looked around I witnessed him helping out a lady who came in interest. She was to the point type of person and came off abrasive but Sunny was gentle and kind offering solutions and options with no intent to rush her interest in making a decision to purchase. I heard him provide realistic time frame on the product of her interest. Considering His main warehouse is in Corona, CA as the shop here has a variety of BBQ brands and options. I did hear Sunny say that He carried over 20 brands so if your looking for a BBQ Grill or even a customized outdoor setup for your home I experienced the option to customize to the specs that would fit my idea of space. Thank you for your help and knowing you remain the same with other customers helps me make a comfortable decision on who to go with. Staff here we're accommodating offering water as it was a warm and humid day. Tim Kennan was knowledgeable in what to expect during the whole process of installation. Kyle was extremely helpful in providing additional details of other products I had questions for when Sunny allowed me to look around and the customer walked in. Luke who put together the specs, and what it could look like was open to hearing and tailoring to customize the way I would like my outdoor kitchen to appear. Can't wait to celebrate once I get my new BBQ Grill! Thank you BBQ Outlets I will surely refer you to others.”
“Purchased at least a half dozen units from them. So far so good. Most importantly you can buy from them no C20 required. That is the way it should be because you only need an EPA license legally in California. It is wrong to require a C20 to buy when that isnt a legal requirement to do A/C work in Califofnia. These guys get that.”
“My first visit to FERGUSON in Lake Forest, CA was a pleasant one, I was trying to find replacement parts for my toilet bidet, a T connector which I can't find at other stores but only at Ferguson, the best part was the sales person was very helpful, he is kind enough to show me alternatives parts and have solve my problem quickly, he is well knowledge and a courteous young man , his name is Tyoer with good attitude. “Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”
“We visited Lowe’s this morning to pick up some supplies for our business. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted with a “Hello, welcome to Lowe’s,” which set a positive tone for our visit. While searching for some tools, we had trouble locating what we needed. Thankfully, Phillip, who was working in the lighting area, came to our rescue. He was incredibly patient and attentive, despite my difficulties in explaining what we were looking for. Phillip offered several options, and thanks to his help, we found the exact tool we needed. We ended up purchasing a few other items as well. Overall, it was an awesome experience!”
