Service is great! They always have your back and always willing to take customers back if something is missing in the vehicle. Always have good detailing workers and manager David had good and positive attitude towards the customers. It seems like they always try to maintain a good relations with the customers. What can i say, well Santos and his professional team took great care of my vehicle. Not only did they look at every detail, but they went above and beyond customer service. Santos kept me updated all the time of my process, unlike AllState but that's another topic. Value and quality of my repair was impeccable. The team made sure to leave my car like a brand new one and i definitely recommend their services. Highly recommend them so make sure you reach out to them.

Six years after Santos' team applied the clearcoat to our Airstream and it was time for a tune-up. The trailer had been subjected to harsh Idaho winters, including salt-laden road spray while towing during a snow storm. Santos arranged to meet us close to our new home while he was visiting family and spent quite a few hours cleaning and buffing the trailer's finish and applying a new clearcoat. Our trailer looks AMAZING! The finish is so clear and beautiful you can see yourself in the side of the trailer. Best of all, our trailer is protected from harsh road grime. Can't say enough about the level of customer service. Santos took time away from family to address our trailer and we couldn't be happier. And he arranged with his uncle to have new tires put on our trailer while we were there. (If you're ever in Pasco, WA and need tire service look up Tires4Less.) I called & got the third degree from whoever answers their Google number. Just answered with "Hello. Who is this!?"They aggressively kept asking who I was because apparently my number popped up as spam? I apologized & said I must have called the wrong number. He said no this was the auto number.I said I wanted to come in for a car wash. I had purchased a coupon for 3 washes. He said it had to be more than 24 hours notice. I said "That's ok I would like a wash". & he just kept saying I had to call back & make an appointment. I ended up just saying "ok" & we ended the call.I was so put off by the aggressive nature of the person I spoke to I don't want to call back. I will just take the lost money I spent on buying the car washes.Just answer your phone like a business!

Checked out the place for an interior clean up. Told me what they'd do and help address my concerns in what their service entails. Customer service was really receptive and help provide a ride back home. Lovely experience and highly recommend

Got my car detailed here and the resulted was beyond my expectations. They went above and beyond to make my car look completely brand new! My car had glass piece stuck in the door panel and they even took out the panels to clean the glass for no cost. 10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely worth every penny. They did AMAZING on my civic. I came in with really really bad water spots and Santos gave me a whole run down of what they were and what my options were. He also went out of his way to test what was going to get them out before my appointment free of charge AND he tested my clear coat with one of his gages and showed me that my clear coat was very thin due to previous work. I left my car before work and it was finished right on time. Let me tell you my car looked BEAUTIFUL. Santos explained everything they did And he also showed me that he added ceramic coat to my hood and trunk I will definitely be coming back to finish off my whole car for a ceramic coating. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience getting my car ceramic coated! Santos responded quickly and gave me honest advice and a fair price. Now my new car is looking even better with the ceramic. Very appreciative of how hard the crew worked and the care they took to even clean out my interior of pet fur! Highly recommend!

Got a platinum car detail ($440) because I had heavy/excessive water spots from sprinklers.Pros:- They got rid of all my water spotsCons:- My clear coat/paint is now damaged from the solution they used to clean my water spots- Forgot to clean my trunk, offered discount for further services, never followed up with me and ignored my texts- Spots of interior were missed- Paint post detail looked and felt nothing out of the ordinary that I can go spend $150 at most car washes for a clay/wax- $400+ is not worth at all, I would've gave 3 stars if it was $250-$300 considering the state of my heavy water marks- To repeat, my clear coat / paint is damaged from the solution they used to remove my watermarks, I was not informed that it would be damaged.Services: Seat shampooing

I scheduled an appointment with Santos. He gave me advice about the best services for me and my car. The end result was amazing, my 8 year old Z4 looks brand new- actually better than brand new! Stop wasting your time, pick up the phone, call Santos and have your vehicle looking it's best!!!
