I work nearby here and everytime i come they think in stealing or trying to steal what ever it is im buying. Specifically cindy. Like lady chill tf out its a effing icee why would i need to steal it. Like taking their job so serious whats the point of having self checkout if the useless workers are just gonna watch you scan ur things.

The new night shift worker does a good job making sure nothing gets stolen. You might feel like your going through airport security dealing with this guy at night but he's just doing a good job doing his job.

Didn’t realize this place closed, if that’s the case why have anybody working there during those time(just saw someone go in, so it’s not closed except for me I guess)If you wanted to grab something and have an early morning don’t even bother coming here because their not 24hr like advertised on the front door.Same as comment below me @Splash

Pumps are broken - watch out they overflow tanks and spurt all over the floor. Staff sucks, service sucks. Gas is too expensive to be dealing with this crap.

I proceeded to walk up to the register that was open and Angel was sitting down with a clipboard writing something. I waited about 30 seconds and then I said excuse me sir are you open and he ignored me like I wasn’t there. He finally stood up and was reluctant to help me even though it felt like he had to Which is his job if he’s in front of the registers. I got two bottles of water he didn’t instruct me on how or when to pay. When I went to pay my card was declined five times. Then I left very upset. I went down the street to T’s liquor store and my card went through just fine. I called the store and talked to a lady and said “yes we are having issues with our card reader”. She proceeded to apologize which I appreciated and told me to come back and she would take care of me. I don’t know what that means. Is she going to give me a gift card? Is she going to give me a pack of sunflower seeds or beef jerky? In the end I live within walking distance of this gas station and I will never go there again. I have already been disappointed with the customer service for the last nine years that I have lived in the community and that was the last straw. Angel Ruined it for me and I cannot stand when people are being very unprofessional at their job when they are getting paid for doing the most simplest tasks. I know how customer service works I have been in that line of work for over 18 years. I don’t see how someone could treat a customer that way.

If you use you kick back card make sure you have it ready fast. One of the employees likes to swipe his card instead. Then when the person realizes I have my rewards card he pretends that it took my card. I guess the person doesn't know the card machine says swipe kick back card when it is properly queued up. When the machine says insert or swipe card card it's asking for payment. This person has done it to me three times. Please inform your employees that is not acceptable. I've been wondering why I haven't gotten my free polar pop yet. I guess I'm still 3 away.
