I never been to a location that charges you a fee to use cashback

I do not like this store these employees have bad customer service if you call them to ask for something they will hang up on you or ignore you if you ask them to check.

Poor customer service. Long waits to check out because of the employees talking to each other or on there phones and most recently they force you to wear a mask to shop there
