Going to the store in person, great experience. I can’t say the same for shopping online. I recommend not using their website, go to a store in person instead.

I went into this store on a Monday afternoon and as I entered there were not one not two not three but four employees standing at the register seemingly not busy with anything but running their mouths with their thumbs up their butt. Were we greeted? No, did they ask if we needed help? of course not, no worries though as we proceeded to the shoe section to find a work boot did anyone come to assist us? You guessed it, no. Unfortunately my size was not on the floor so we left, did the same four employees congregated at the register ask us if we found what we were looking for? Do I even need to ask? I understand customer service in general is in decline but these 4 employees can be the poster children on how not to stay in business

Not to knowledgeable, clothing prices not for faint, $$, does not carry all brands. Too save time call ahead with questions.

Most of the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However the woman manager was a bit rude. Treating a paying customer like a thief. Sad that that is the example to follow in that store

Great place with a very large inventory of Carhart work clothes and others brands as well. Its not cheap but you no what your buying when you buy carhart, excellent quality. The huge inventory was awesome..

This store is huge! It's always clean and organic too. I love the security guard greeting me every time I go in and the girl who helps me is amazing! He name is Charnell. I even emailed corporate about how good they are.

A good selection of work wear from head to toe! Safety Gear too!I missed that the RFID tag hadn't been removed so I had to return to the store, no big deal.Really good customer service! Other stores should take notes!
