I was very happy with my experience purchasing my 2017 Mazda 3, which Melvin assisted me with. In July I received a call from Melvin saying they had located my 2nd fob for my car. He said they would mail it to me. I was very happy!!! I waited for it to arrive for a week and it never did. I called and advised him I had not received it. He said he would check with the front desk and call me back. I said ok. He called me back and said that they had taken it up stairs to one of the depts that was going to mail it. He said they were already gone for the weekend and he would call me back on Monday. I didn't hear from him so I called him back and he said he would go check upstairs and call me back.... well he didn't so I called him again and he said he needed to call me back. I went thru this vicious circle for a couple weeks. I finally called one day and he was off so I told them I wanted to speak to a manager. They got me a manager and I explained everything to him. He said he would check to find out where it was and call me back. Again I waited another couple of days and heard nothing. I called back again and was told he was off. I was so irritated and I told them to give me another manager and they gave me Kevin. I explained for a 3rd time what was going on. He actually called me back and had been trying to help me. All of the sudden he didn't call, I called again and was told he was on vacation. They transferred me to his voicemail because he was supposed to be back the next day from vacation. I left a voicemail about 2 weeks ago and still he has not called me back. This all started back on July 15th and it is August 28th and it still isn't resolved. That is 6 weeks!! I still don't have the fob and now no one can seem to call me back!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Don't Buy A Car From Here. So I bought a Car from them a Chevy Bolt EV on 8-1-2024 and on 8-15-2024 a light came telling me to Take the car in for Service. I was driving and the car started doing some weird stuff. Everything cutting on and off. I didn't even have the car a whole month. Car is in they shop and they telling me they have to replace the Battery. They gave me a Rental and its sounds horrible and drives horrible. I ask for my money back But they say they can't give it back so I'm going to take them to Court. I understand if I had the car months I only had the car for 15-20 days. They sold me a car that was Stolen before they purchased it, and they didn't do a Diagnostic test on before selling it to me. Haven't said anything about giving me a month with no payment or anything. They are scamming us I'm in one of they cars now off the Lot and It's horrible so don't buy a car here. Everything that looks good ain't all they want is to make a sale. I texted the guy that sold it to me and he ain't responding now lol.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this dealership. They sold me a damaged car, and despite their claims of having resolved the issues, nothing was actually fixed. As a result, I am now filing a complaint with the Automotive Bureau of California due to their dishonesty.
Because my vehicle is unsafe to drive, I am unable to work as a part-time rideshare driver, resulting in a significant loss of income. I am also planning to pursue legal action, as this situation is truly unacceptable.
Since purchasing the car in mid-July, I’ve been able to drive it for less than three weeks out of the two months I’ve owned it. No Chevrolet garage will touch the vehicle, citing concerns about liability since it was recently purchased. The dealerships I’ve contacted have all instructed me to return the car to the original seller, which has left me with no options for resolving the issue.
This situation has severely impacted my livelihood, and I am now facing potential legal consequences and homelessness due to the dealership's negligence. I find their behavior appalling and am genuinely concerned about how they conduct business.
Despite the fact that I own the car outright with no outstanding payments, I am still being treated unfairly. This feels like pure discrimination. Given the challenges car dealerships are facing, it’s disheartening to think that this is how they repay customers who help keep them afloat. This treatment is entirely inappropriate and unjust."

I recently purchased my first new truck from Winter Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brian Vargas and Kevin Peters were exceptional throughout the entire process. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the features of the truck. Their patience while I gathered the necessary documents was greatly appreciated.

I hate buying cars and going to dealerships, we decided to drive an hour and and a half to look at a vehicle we really liked. It was one of the best experiences. Razaul worked hard to earn our business and Gleen (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) worked just as hard to make the numbers work and where we needed to be as far as payment. I recommend Winter Chevy/Honda if you're looking for a vehicle. Thanks guys.

I took my car into Winter Chevy back on 3/6/24 for a Stabilitrak light issue, got a rental through Enterprise covered through the RO no problem.
You guys had my car for 2 days and couldn't get it to duplicate the issue. So, I took my car back on 3/6/24, and was told if it did it again to get it on video and bring it back in. So, I did. I got multiple videos, brought it back in on 3/18/24, but then had to pay out of pocket initially for my rental, as you guys refused to send them anything. I received no communication about anything until I called in to ask what's going on, to be told you hadn't been able to get it to duplicate the problem. The 4th day of you guys having my car I got a call saying you had duplicated it and had to open a case with GM to find out what to do. Parts are then ordered on Friday, which were delivered to you guys on the following Wednesday. Thursday, I get told its ready to pick up after approximately $2000 of warranty work being done, and you guys taking over the rental from enterprise.
I picked up my car on Friday 3/29/24 and dropped off my rental.
On 4/3/24 the Stabilitrak light started to pop up on my dash again...I immediately called back in and talked to Eric to tell him. After logging it and getting a couple more videos I brought my car back in on 4/16/24, got a rental from enterprise, again out of pocket because you guys refused to send anything over. 3days go by and I hear NOTHING again, so i call in again and talk to the Service Manager to be told you guys couldn’t duplicate the issue but opened another "Tak" case and were just waiting for a reply, and that he was going to get Eric to call me the following morning, which didn’t happen. I then had to extend my rental to get me through the weekend. To be called on Friday morning and was told that it was ready to pick up, that you guys had replaced a "faulty wire" and replaced the battery and that seemed to have fixed it, MIND YOU, I had asked MULTIPLE times if the battery replaced as my car IS 6 years old, only to be told “NO because its reading fine.” But now this time WE must email Zurich our rental agreement to TRY and get reimbursed. So, Saturday morning my husband and I went in to pick my car up. And at this point we are extremely irritated about the whole experience. My husband did most of the talking to Eric, who then threatened to call the cops on us to get us to leave, even though we did nothing to warrant this threat.
Eric walked away from us, and we went to talk to Mark, another Service Advisor, about the whole situation. After explaining as best we could, he took us to the cashier, we paid the deductible, which was then refunded after Mark came back and told the cashier that it would be covered. Mark drove our car around and took the key for the rental so that they could pick it up from Chevy. Mark was great.
But now I am left with having to deal with Zurich myself to try and get reimbursed for my rental.
And for it to end up being for something that my husband and I had tried to suggest multiple times!

I want to take this time to thank Winter Chevorlet dealership in Pittsburg. I would like to say Luke Brignoli is a great Service consultant & if you need help i would highly recomend that you ask for him. I would love to take the time to share my experience/ service that I received at this dealership. I am leasing a vehicle that is a 2021 Chevy Malibu. I purchased it used from Antioch Nissan. On Christmas Eve my car would not start. Me being a 35 year old women i freaked out not knowing what to do. I thought it was because of lack of oil or possibly did I add too much oil when I put it in myself...
The next day my baby would be celebrating his 1st Christmas. But instead we spent the night In the car I was afraid to leave my vehicle unattended. I knew that I needed it towed to see why the car would not start. I contacted my warranty company and they told me to have it towed to the nearest Chevorlet Dealership in which I did immediately...
I said all that to say when my car arrived into the dealership I received Excellent customer service from Brignoli. He directed me on the steps that needed to be done and worked very hard to make sure my car would be back on the road again. Once the diagnostic was done on my car come to find out it needed a Engine and a transmission. I wa very sad to get the news. My first thought was how would I get my car fixed I know I could not afford it?
Luke talked with me very frequently encouraged me to stay strong knowing that the warranty might help fix my vehicle he worked closely with
My warranty company to get them involved and did his best to work with the technicians, rental car company and his manager's. With the car being at the dealership for over 3 months waiting on approvals, parts for my car I would like to say I received Excellent customer service from Luke. He totally defines a person who loves the work he does and enjoys getting the vehicles back on the road again. He is very knowledgable about Chevorlet's. Luke words can't explain how very much I appreciated your great customer service. And because he was my Service consultant I would come back to Winter Chevorlet anytime he made my experience extra Perfect. Thank you kindly again Luke ???

It has been a year since my husband and I have been researching the most affordable and efficient electronic vehicle in the automobile market. In March 2023, we purchased a used Nissan Leaf SL 2013. The purpose of the purchase was to test the water how electronic vehicles will fit in our present day-to-day needs. The Nissan Leaf had exceeded our expectations of an electronic vehicle. It’s a town car; limited miles for short range driving. A fully battery charge is 73 miles of which its optimum standard for the model. However, we wanted for some extra miles to run errands and extra distance to travel. Around, August 2023, we further explore other potential electronic vehicles in the current market. We had researched from manufacturer’s pricing, promotion and most especially the attributes of EVs being offered in the market. It had been a tedious of debate from pricing and features. We considered our family as “practical” and “simple minds” when it comes in making decision to buy a vehicle. We always consider our budget as “purchasing power” on where we stand and live within our means. Until the year 2023 had passed, then, my husband and I decided to purchase our first brand new EV. On January 8, 2024, as we were browsing via online in nearby auto dealerships in Pittsburg, CA, we found available Chevy EUV Bolts 2023 for sale at Winter Chevrolet. We checked all the Bolt EUVs in their website. My husband and I were interested with the $7,500 promotional offer as Tax Credit and Military Program Incentive. On January 11, 2024, we went to Winter Chevrolet at Pittsburg and met our salesman, Carlos. The moment we got off from our vehicle at the parking lot, Carlos approached us with a very welcoming greeting of hand shake and a “smile “on his face. He immediately led us towards the Bolt EUVs location. In less than five minutes, Carlos had brought 3 keys for 3 Bolt EUVs to test drive. My husband drove a Bolt EUV Premier to test drive. Overall, he loved the Bolt EUV Premier most especially the HD Surround Camera. Literally, the camera provides a 360 clear view around. The HD Surround Camera is the selling point for us. We’ve been longing to have an auto with all angle camera access. Then, we’re ON BUSINESS. We had great and exceeding expectations with warmth accommodation, professionalism, courteous and very friendly at Winter Chevrolet in Pittsburg with staff and management. Ben, finance manager worked so closely with us in attaining a reasonable and affordable price and within our budget. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through the buying process. Plus, all the promotions and discounts that made us clearly that we’ve made the best ever purchase of our very first brand new Electronic Vehicle – BOLT EUV PREMIER 2023 with 247 miles at fully charged battery. We want to take this great opportunity to extend our deepest and sincerest appreciation for the undoubtedly teamwork of “Carlos, Cruz and Ben.” From sales, advisor, through finance, such an excellent “Team” of Winter Chevrolet in Pittsburg.
