I've been bringing all my cars to Winter Honda for service needs for over 15 years. Pardeep Dhillon has been my service manager for many visits and I'm always impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, friendly demeanor and his ability to go the extra mile each time. He's a pleasure to work with and we are always very happy with the service we receive at Winter Honda.

I have been working with Mike Bushel for literally months. I was interested in trading in my HR-V for a CR-V. I had been waiting for my Mother's estate to be reconciled and I received my inheritance this week. Mike was so patient and continued to check in with me each month as to the status. I walked in to the Winter Honda dealership today and was greeted by Mike and introduced to other management associates. I was so excited to choose my new car. Mike was the epitome of professionalism. He was patient with me in selecting my options and I generally had a fabulous experience. He was delightful to work with and I owe my wonderful experience at Winter Honda to him. I love Winter Honda! I will never purchase a car from any other dealership. I can't thank you enough, Mike.

Time had come to either purchase my Honda CRV or trade in for a new one. Mike Bushel was kind enough to come in on his day off and help me out. I called and within 45 minutes he meet me and my wife at the dealership. With his help I was able to walk away with a new 2024 Honda CRV. Mike was nothing but courteous as we went through the finance process. With the help of Mike and Sal Latifi, the finance manager I was able to get the monthly amount that was comfortable for me and my family. A big thank you to Mike & Sal!! Deanna

I recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV from Winter Honda. I must say Mike Bushel did a great job with being responsive to my many questions and my preferences. During the test drive he demonstrated all the features that the vehicle had to offer. He was very knowledgeable with both the hybrid and gas models which helped me make my final decision. The staff there was very friendly and I had a good experience negotiating with the managers and drafting up the loan contract with Sal. The CRVs get sold quickly at this dealership and I was happy that Mike Bushel held on to my vehicle so I could secure a contract and take it home. If you're looking for a new vehicle, ask for MIKE BUSHEL!!!!

Was assisted by Carl from service, it was about 7.15am and he was the only person there as the others were running late! With 4 cars already in line ahead of me, Carl still handled and juggled everybody in timely manner and most of all he did it all with a big smile! Thank you, really appreciate you.

We recently brought in our 2016 Honda Accord for maintenance and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we dropped off the car. Not only was the service completed efficiently, but it was also done in a timely manner. We are pleased with the overall experience and have found our go-to place for any future service needs.

I was having battery issue and I kept calling and I was getting redirected to other places where no one was helping me till I personally drove to winter Honda. Laura Santolaya assisted me right away. Her customer service was excellent and resolved my issue right away. She showed me how much warranty I have left and got my battery replaced right away. People like her are what make a business flow. Thank you Laura!

I went into winter honda for routine maintenance ( oil change ) All the Service advisors there are always really great, very helpful & kind. Today Vin helped me out. He & the rest of the Honda team were really busy today but they managed to get me in & out. I also stopped by to see Scott about ordering a part that has been on back order. Scott looked into the issue & gave me an estimated date the part should be in. Thank you, happy New Years!

This reveiw is overdue! Took my daughters honda civic for service back in November. Pradeep was our service consultant. Just WOW! Took care of everything, went above and beyond and would go back there again and again just to have him be our service person. We need more people like Pradeep in the service industry! Thank you!

OIL CHANGE ROBBERY I paid $52.56 for an oil change. I drop my car off and to my surprise on picking it up they wanted $84.45 I'm thinking this is gouging! Ron T.

took my stepdaughters car in to get lane departure/mitagation light checked that came on after they did oil change they said something was broken so its not under warranty car has 4100 miles on it charged 195.00 for a problem they have been having for several years Ill never go to any of there dealers again Honda is not as good as you think. I would give a zero if I could 1600 to fix thier problem crooked
