I'm a long time client of Wellpet Vet Clinic for my 3 dogs, but lately, I got very upset with its employees. After bringing in one of my pets last Feb. 17 for blood test, the technician told me to call me back Tuesday to let me know the redult of blood test, but no call back. I end up calling them, and after 3 attempts, someone answered but no result yet for the blood test. I mentioned my frustration regarding their very poor customer service, and he promised me to put on his note to give me a call back first thing in morning, but it didn't happen. I tried to call them several times but no answer. Due to this poor customer service, I am thinking of looking for another Vet Clinic.

Dr Noe and her staff are the best. They have taken care of our boy Charlie for all his dental surgery and well care. Charlie developed a very rare terminal issue and they followed it through with us till the end. On the last day we rushed him to the office and they took us right in. Jose showed us so much compassion and care during and after the procedure and we will be forever grateful

Text their number if you need to talk to someone they respond that way and not on phone call. Great service

Gone downhill since it changed ownership. I was in an examination room for 30 minutes after my dog was treated. Going somewhere else in the future. Plus very expensive.

BEWARE! This vet needs to retire. She is an absolute nightmare and had known, I would have paid top dollar to go elsewhere. I adopted a cat and was told she was spayed, but when an internal medicine specialist was doing an abdominal ultrasound (for weight loss), she found ovaries and a uterus. When I brought my cat for the spay, Dr. Noe refused to believe the specialist (who has more training than her!) and insisted on checking herself with an ultrasound. They also charged me $140 more than I was quoted on the phone because my cat is 8 years old (even though I told them on the phone!).They told me at pick-up that she had free-flowing blood in her abdomen and her urine was red, so they did a urinalysis ($80). Hmmm, her urine was fine that morning. But Dr. Noe made sure to tell me both on the discharge sheet and in a text that she hadn't done anything and found the blood before the spay. CYA much???? When I got the negative UA results she wanted me to bring her in for a blood panel to check for a blood disease 9that I guess she got overnight???).I went straight to the ER. They did an ultrasound and her spleen was enlarged. Both vets there, the internal med specialist, and my home vet all said that it is common to nick the spleen when opening for surgery. But Dr. Noe decided to hide that instead. So I spent the $80, plus $1500 at the ER for a simple mistake that she just had to tell me about. AND, she left the majority of her uterus in when she was spayed!!When I complained and said they should at least refund part of the cost that I was overcharged or the UA that was unnecessary, they never called me back. This doctor is shady - be very careful!

They took great care of our girl Ducky. They are awesome and I highly recommend for quality care. There staff has so much compassion for our dog and her allergies. I took her to another local vet 3 times and they never suggested doing allergy tests on her. Yay! The Veterinarian offer free medication and was $200.00 cheaper. Thank you to all of the staff from the bottom of our hearts.

The wait was Horrific at the shot clinic, they also started 30 mins after the stated time, inside smells terrible ..I saw at least 5 techs working, not sure how it can take 2hrs for 5 people to get a vaccine and leave, I feel like they can run the program much more streamline and efficiently...I would recommend pay an extra 10-20 dollars at a regular vets office ..wish I could recommend this office, it's right down the street and when we first started going there..over 15 years ago the staff and vet was awesome, I ended up changing vets because of a couple vets we saw there that left a bad impression on us and the care our dogs received, now can't even recommend for just a cheaper vaccine, a 10 dollar savings isn't worth 2hrs to me...sorry well vet. We won't be back

This place is always 10 they truly care about the people and their pets it's so obvious the minute you drive into the parking lot. The prices are more than reasonable and affordable and they aim to make it that way they truly are not there to rip you off. And they take care of the pets needs. We've always taken our dogs to them and we have taken them anywhere else we were charged outlandish fees and nothing was even done . Just know that this vet cares and it shows it's a small place but it packs a lot of love for the pets, their owners, and the community that they serve. I no longer live in the area but I still drive an hour and a half to bring my pets here that's how much I Trust them and thats how awesome they are!!!!! Thank you Well Pet Vet Clinic for caring for all of my dogs Lady,Copper,Roscoe, and Racer

DONT RECOMMEND. This place takes way too long for a damn vaccine. Don’t be tricked it’s not as cheap as people say. You could definitely find better vets with similar pricing just need to dedicate time to search. Hope this helps.
