Very caring staff and Dr. Noe is extremely care about my pup! She is also UC Davis graduate which is the best vet school in the world (my husband is also from UC Davis, and he confirmed)
I wonder why they only got 3.5 star. I would give 10 stars if I could. The price is reasonable and I would definitely recommend Well Pet Vet to my friends and fam.

My issue is their disregard for your time. For spays/neuters everyone is told to be there at 8:30 am but then when you get there you sign in on a paper log placed on an outside table, and then they call you in the order you signed in. I was the first to sign in, and did not get called until 8:40 because the doors opened late. Then I waited another 10 minutes inside while the second party who signed up got signed in by another faster person ahead of me. The person assigned to me was still setting up for the day. This is just to drop off pets and pay before surgeries, and then the pet(s) are picked up later in the afternoon. I finally asked if I could just pay so I could get on with my day, so it took 0.5 hr. But what about all of those still waiting outside. I heard several people say that they'd been told to be there at 8:30 am sharp. Why? So they could lose 1-1.5 hrs. of their day and be late to work or other appointments?

I'm not sure why Well Pet has a bad rap. Dr. Noe is compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. She helped me put my old sick girl to sleep and took her time and now is operating on my other girl to save her. She encouraged me to get a package of tests because she is old and I'm so glad she did. We found a few problems that I would never have known about or by the time I did she would have been super sick. Instead we are taking care of it now. She always returns my calls and I can tell she cares.

This place never answers, you leave voice mails and they don't get back to you, and there vaccine clinic is always close. Don't believe the hours they have online. This place is a waste of time.

This establishment is my Go-to place for care and vaccines for our pets. They are super friendly and give good advice. Very knowledgeable. What I love also, is you can text the business line if you're to busy to call and they will get right back to you. Awesome

I really like this vet clinic. Myself and my family have taken our pets here since approximately when they opened in the early 2000s.
