Thank you to the manager for showing human kindness and grace for allowing me to use the restroom as I was experiencing a loss of a baby and my bladder was extremely weak , thank you so much for the grace and one time exception.

I have been here since 1:35 pm today, 04/01/24, and the pharmacy on the side where medicine is picked up by car is closed. Honestly, if I don't go to the pharmacy page I don't realize that they open again until 2 pm and I don't understand why they don't put oh change the operating hours oh they don't put a sign that says we'll be back until 2 pm

Love the store itself but the pharmacy is another thing! Always long lines, multiple times they haven't had medicine in stock.. their automated system will tell you prescriptions are ready for pickup and when you get there its not!

my mom had a severe abscess inside of her mouth, and during Thanksgiving holiday, she found herself spending some time in the ER. Every pharmacy was closed so there could've been no way of calling in a prescription. She was giving a paper prescription for antibiotics she took it to the pharmacy and counter to one of the most rudest ladies that you could ever hope for first she said one of the boxes Wilson check, so it may the prescription invalid. There was also some pain medication there on the prescription. She said she was unable to verify the prescription because she could not get through to the hospital. She continued to call the hospital although the prescription had a barcode. Signed 100% by the doctor she asked to see the discharge papers Ishe showed them to her. She about three minutes later she said that my antibiotics were ready to be picked up. However, she could not fill the other part of my prescription that had to straight it for my pain medication which mine it was not a narcotic. It was a regular pain medication. It waa lidocaine patches she refused to fill them. She said she wasn't able to fill none of the prescription initially reason being there was not a checked box then she said she was unable to reach anyone at the hospital then it went to. She couldn't field just the pain medication, but could feel the antibiotic, but she had to shred my other part of the prescription because she doubt that anyone would you give me a prescription for pain medication mind you she's not a physician. She should not be giving medical advice about how to treat a patient and it should not be her priority to shred someone's prescription. my mother has a severe abscessed of a tooth. I am mediately drove her to the ER. Her white cell blood count is elevated real high at this point because she doesn't have the antibiotics or pain medication that was prescribed to her by physician furthermore, I did speak to the same doctor and the doctor said he cleared the prescription for it to be filled, I honestly want to file a grievance, but don't know the appropriate steps which the lady needs to be fired and they need to borrow her from being a pharmacist because she is harming people by making radical decisions that are not her choice to make she refuses to fill prescriptions that were made by a doctor . Please stay away from this Walgreens.

Extra long lines. Poorly stocked goods, helpful but too few floor staff. After getting home and reading my receipts I discovered that I had paid $8.55 for a 35 cent fingernail file. I Wouldn't stand in that line again for anything.

The 5 stars are particularly for Carrie (hope I spelled your name right) at the pharmacy that was able to help me with my change of address , even tho another pharmacy worker had advised me to call 1 -800 Walgreens & handle it myself because they "don't have control over any of that"... I knew HE was lying since he was IN A RUSH to go on a break , right AFTER "helping" me (which he didn't even help me to begin with) the line was extremely longggg .... Anyways Carrie you're AMAZING !!!!! You're making my life so much easier by just adding my apartment number to my address on my account . You're an angel & I appreciate you soooooo much . I hope life treats you amazing bc you really made my day by just doing your job RIGHT!!! Give her a raise & fire other dude because that's just unacceptable, you're getting paid to do your job, do it right....... I'll edit with his name once I get it .

I guess it's a trend for all pharmacy Walgreens in this area , while I was in the counter to pick up my meds they told me to go see an agent down the hall (last window) cuz I went to the wrong Walgreens! Fine my fault and it is but she went to go ahead and pull my meds and it will take 3-4 hours to get it ready. Wtf I recently found out I have asthma and I'm wheezing my ass off while she's laughing with her colleague while on her 2 way talking. About some personal stuff they have during work hours!! And also infront of a custoemr while you have the pharmacist laughing rather than correcting the issue! I guess customer service and work ethics is down the drain with Walgreens smh

Every time I come to the pharmacy there’s this lady ( Spanish /Mexican/ Latin decent ) and she has got the worst attitude. She usually works the registration side ( which is the side she was on tonight at around 7pm , she took a break after helping me ) but it never fails every time I walk up I say hello she’s just rude, will roll her eyes, is the least bit friendly , and if you go in there with a good mood, rest assured she will have you leaving in a bad one . I just had enough of her sour attitude.

This is the most incompetent run Pharmacy I have ever been to! Make appointments for booster shots? Wait another 45 minutes? No one ahead of them? Rude, terse Pharmacy staff. Not helpful at all. Have told my family to switch to CVS! Can't even fill a prescription that had been faxed 3 days earlier...twice! Don't do business here. The shelves were half empty. Enough. No customer service at all.

Five stars for the guy that works the front register!! Thank GOD for him. An elderly woman was buying a target gift card because “someone at Xfinity told her she needed to get one”. He told her to please call Xfinity first because it’s a SCAM. He was absolutely right and saved that lady her money. These scammers are horrible

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. Every time I come here it’s a different problem.I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the pharmacy here is always the same. Long lines, incorrect information, lack of communication etc.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
