Very very poor customer service refused to take an Amazon order and when I asked if I could view my email for clarification, blanca said that she did not have time for that. Maria then chimed in that my package was incorrectly wrapped even though the Amazon return label said no additional packaging was required as I dropped my items off. They just commented that they were going to send it back to my house anyway please do not go to this UPS store if you do not want your packages stolen.

Today, my dad went into this UPS store to return two pairs of pants to Amazon. On the Amazon app, it says that it’s free to return items through the UPS store and that they will box and label your return for free. Well, The man charged him at the counter almost 6 dollars to print the UPS label and box the two pairs of pants and my dad even showed him on the app where it says it’s free and he still insisted on charging my dad. When I called the UPS corporate office, the corporate office said that the store should not have charged my dad and that it would be investigating the matter and calling me back within 7 to 10 business days. Do not go to this UPS location as the location uses deceptive pricing and the customer service is terrible.

Will charge you $75 for next day delivery of important documents, then deliver it 3 days late and not refund you. Do not trust these people, do business elsewhere. They will lie about helping you and string you along until it is actually too late to get a refund.

Customer service is not high on their list of priorities. One lady there is just flat out rude and she seems to be a supervisor.

so mad shipped out an 1,000$ shoe it's been 5 days no tracking and they keep telling me my iteam has been shipped when I call so not trust them I'm pretty sure a kid name Joey stoke my shoes

Today I went to Staples and FedEx in Concord and both failed in pricing and service. I finally landed at the UPS store on Bailey road. Joey helped me. He was kind and knowledgeable and remembered me from my call! He helped me with my prints and orientation and when I needed 90 copies, he suggested getting a 100 which gave me cheaper pricing and a few extras that I ended up needing. The manager Tom was also nice because he allowed Joey to spend the time with me that I needed to complete my project. This store is usually busy, but they do staff enough for their lines to move quickly. Everything is posted and samples so you can see. I highly recommend this location over the others and you should ask for Joey when you go!

Was not happy coming here. I paid UPS $7.99 for sending my package here for pick up. My tracking tells me the package is there. When I show up, they tell me it's not there. The manager makes me wait until all the other customers leave to find my package. They also told me to come back later for my package when the tracking said it was there. They made me wait 15 minutes plus wait for other customers to leave before they actually took time to look for it and find it. Not happy with the delivery of customer service. Also lacked initial willingness to make sure I was taken care of even when I showed them my tracking information.

Today, a staff here at UPS Bay Point, a Mr. Lam tells me I have to go back home and change the packaging for an Amazon return or buy a UPS parcel envelope. I wrapped the package in a clean clear shipping plastic bag, sealed with a pre-printed return label. Because this guy gave me an attitude — I didn’t want to argue — and simply went home. Wasted my time and wasted gasoline. Moving forward, I’ll use the Amazon return option of not needing a bag nor label. Make Mr. Lam do more work, I guess.

I clld in to ask about a notary, I said good morning and the girl replied how can I help you. What happened to businesses saying Hello, this is ________ at UPS how can I help you you? Well I was going to give a bad review based off the terrible customer phone service but I decided to go into the store which was a pleasant surprise. They were very helpful, I got my notary done within 15min. The cost was 15.00 per signature.

Have to leave a review for these guys because we've always had a great experience coming here. All we do is return Amazon packages here but they are so quick and all so friendly. When they see me holding a package and a QR code they know exactly what to do.

Very crowded interior and both times I've been here, it's unclear where the line starts and both times I've asked customers if they're in line and both times they've been really rude and upset when asked. As soon as you walk in there's a table where you can fill out your label and the workers way back. Very bad lay out and no lines or signage of where line starts to guide you. The workers are all the way in and hard to ask them about line without shouting. Rude customers.
