The older gentleman is professional and helpful. He ensures your documents are in order and the forms are filled correctly. Unlike USPS locations in Antioch that are run by lazy people, here the gentleman is fast and tries his best to help his customers.

Very unprofessional staffs, they dislike their job, and should quit, rather than being very unprofessional to the customers.Also, they will not give receipt if you mail a-lot of items. What’s the proof for mailing items, if they are too lazy to scan and print out receipts for dropping the items?I hope an USPS external body launch an investigation on the staffs over at this office, and review those cameras, if they are working, so they see for themselves how unprofessional they are, at this USPS location.The Concord location is very professional, don’t go to the Pittsburg location, please go to concord USPS office, if you want a better service, and your mail receipt.This is so ridiculous! Investigate this office, because the amount of abuse and unprofessionalism, they give customers need to be stopped and corrected!

RUDE! Indian guy with the turban was completely rude to me. I do not care if there's 20 mailboxes outside, I don't get my mail delivered but 2 or maybe if I'm lucky 3 days a week and if I want to stand in line to hand off a piece of mail that needs to be post dated TODAY, it's my business to do so. It doesn't mean you have to unnecessarily give me attitude to ask you to do your job and accept my piece of mail instead of putting it inside a box. I don't trust that ANYONE wants to do their job at this facility! What a JERK! I wished I could give them ZERO STARS! The place is filthy too... looks like an abandoned office space.

Dump. What little packaging they had, was a total mess. It's the holidays, they should have packaging fully stocked. No one was even in line. So Im not sure why staff wasnt cleaning or restocking. Clearly no cutomers at this time of year because this place should be closed.

Horrible customer service, they talk to you like you're stupid & look at you like you're stupid . Someone needs to do something about this ASAP ! We already live in the world we live in , no need to make it worse . Please teach these people something because this is sad in so many ways. Like just be nice or the LEAST , cordial. YOURE GETTING PAID TO DO YOUR JOB. Do it !!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would too ..... so many comments with the same reviews or similar and still NOTHING has been done. Smfh

I had the pleasure of meeting Floyd while ringing up my product for shipment. He was quick to inform me there was a discrepancy between my tendered package weight amount and actual weight of my package. He was able to resolve this matter and get my product shipped so I wouldn't be surprised with an additional expense from my third party. Great people deserve recognition. Thank you, Floyd!

I had the worst experience ever in my whole life just 15 minutes ago in this office, the older of the two ladies there is extremely rude! If she hate her work that much then maybe should consider quitting instead of venting on poor customers.

Alright, the good news about this post office is that it exists. I guess that's an automatic one star. I'm adding two stars for Ruth, the friendly counter clerk who is a one-woman vault of USPS intelligence that will guide you through the dark passage of mailing and packaging and bring you to the other side unscathed. But you better get Ruth. Because if you don't get Ruth, you don't really know what the price of whatever transaction you're making truly is. I've gotten a variety of prices for the exact same size envelope and weight that I've always used. Randomly, Ruth told me one day that my package was actually media mail and was eligible for a very, very reduced rate from what I had been paying. So again, one star for existence, two stars for Ruth.

I had a passport appointment today. Which was canceled right before my appointment time. I can appreciate the call, but come on why so close to a person's appointment. Was very unhelpful to reschedule my appointment and said they would call me. This is so unprofessional, but it is what it is. Thankfully, after calling around to other Post Offices a location was so kind to let me do a walk in after coming all this way

I went in today to drop off some documents that I had to send. Super clean area & social distancing was maintained as well. The person helping me was so quick and got my work done almost instantly. There weren't too many people, I'd say about 4-5 other customers. Good experience over all!

Had to make an appointment a month in advance to get a passport showed up 20min before my appointment, still had to wait 1 hour in line. Workers are super slow very unhelpful. Once I got to the counter I was turned away because their machine didn't work. Had to leave work early to make it to my appointment, wasted time and money for no reason
