Went into the store last week on Sunday to buy a phone that was similar to the one I had was recommended the Samsung a12 by the clerk was told it was better than the phone that I had purchase the phone spend $170 try the phone for a week the camera quality is horrible the sound quality is horrible and Metro won't do anything about it the store told me it was done as an upgrade will they never told me that in person the guy is a liar their deceitful dishonest and horrible and business I'm going to contact my attorney I'm going to contact all the news stations in this area because I call customer service for Metro to go into their corporate store their corporate stores a joke their customer service corporate customer service is a joke and I'm trying to file a lawsuit
