The customer service was outstanding. I needed a passport picture and since the first one was not acceptable, I went back to have another one taken. The manager Srujan, went above and beyond to insure my photo was not going to be rejected so I wouldn't have to make another trip since I'm disabled and have difficulty getting around.

I will not be attending this store at anytime, I walked in on 09/10/2024 to drop off my package, Greeted by Emma an employee who did her best to grift me on behalf of the company I guess. I walked in only needing a Box and tape and to print my label all in all which should’ve costed around $9-11 total. Emma took it upon herself and insisted she box my package up after I already mentioned needing to pack it and then had the nerve to try and charge me for it, while also leaving out the tape I was going to purchase, which is a household necessity. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a service I didn’t ask for and certainly didn’t need anyone trying to save me any money while also shorting me on a necessity.

I’m a reseller who ships out packages regularly after years in business I trust and appreciate ups as my main delivery company,After walking in stressed out dealing with other shipping companies on a delayed package that was sent to me and having to ship my own package, walking in Jeanette and Ms. Laiqa can always make things easier. The other gentleman is really nice too.Ms. Laiqa is always in such a good mood early morning or evening she has a smile on her face no matter what problems I come in through the door with.Jeanette can always find the right size box for the random things I sell on eBay and I get free tape for my package shhhh don’t tell nobody.Thank you to my local ups team
