Called earlier this morning to see if they had time to give me a paint estimate. They said “sure come by 2:30pm” so I did. I get there and the door to the office is locked. And the bay door is open. Not a person in sight. I hear chit chat and laughter inside the office though. I tried calling and no answer.
Locked door during business hours is unprofessional and just bad for business no matter the reason. Leave a note on the door or don’t tell a potential customer to come by a certain time just to not be open.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

AMAZING PROFESIONAL JOB. I came with my SUV and I did not know how the processed worked with my insurance. They made the process very easy as they handled everything with the insurance. They were detailed on what to expect and how long it would take. Amazing customer service and they definitely did not take advantage of me. I got my car back and it was also detailed and was returned to me very clean. They even helped me install my back camera I needed to finish installing, at no extra cost to me. Come check them out they did an amazing job with my SUV and will take care of you like family.

Tepa auto body has been one of the best experiences of my life. The manager Michael gonzalez has much knowledge on customer empathy . Is very helpful and most of all very honest. His advice saved me over $1000.00 dollars to find a company that honest & not trying to get over on you today is wonderful ,company's like his made America great. Helpful , honest , & has best pricing . If your in need of some body work be sure to see him before you decide to go with someone else

Michael from Tepa Auto Body helped me to settle my claim with a 3rd party insurance and gave great advice to get the process going. This insurance company kept us waiting for 2 weeks while my mom's SUV sat parked on the street. Michael had one of his guys pick up the SUV the same day and towed it to his shop. Then the insurance company called him the next day and within 3 days, the claim was settled. Michael was awesome to work with and was up-front and honest. Although the car was totaled and we never got a chance to see work from Tepa, Michael was so helpful and knowledgeable that if I ever have to get some auto body repairs done, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it to Tepa.
