It seems that the owner does not know what is going on inside his shop. Most of the time the business is closed. For example, they put a paper on the door break lunch or change shift or break or breakfast.
I think many would agree with me. The workers at this station are indifferent.

The old man at the cashier is super rude. Started yelling at me for a mistake HE made!

They have a habit of being dishonest about the status of the public restroom (claiming it’s not in service) as many establishments in this area do. I assume it’s to prevent inappropriate activities in their restrooms. Nevertheless, they need to create a better system to prevent that problem than blatant dishonesty.
