Yeah, overpriced gas but the worst thing about this place are the derelicts who harass the customers. You can't get gas here without someone pulling the "my car ran out of gas can I have a dollar" line. "Gee, I was here last week and your car ran out of gas then too" "Yeah, it runs out of gas a lot." Ask these guys where their "car" is and offer to put some gas it in, watch out fast they go find someone else to harass. But this Shell is right next to the worst Walmart in Northern CA so there you go. On the plus side, it's always open. It's more expensive than the Arco across the street but that place is overrun with homeless harassing people - like zombies on prey.

Easy going location to get gas in the morning. Lots of pumps available and the one I used works fine. Car wash is available too if needed.

For a gas station that over charges you think the custoner service wpuld be better. Maybe because she was working Thanksgiving? Seemed annoyed and miserable. Tried to purchase something with a gift card and put the rest in gas and was told " we dont do that". Huh? Isnt that what people normally do? Buy something inside and put gas. I would give this please a 0 if possibleI stop by on 10-21-2020 3:20pmThis lady on the cashier was so focused on her phone that couldn't even listen whats i ask and then i repeat myself and she still didn't catch what i wanted.When she finally figured out what i "wanted" she started yelling at me with attitude as if it would it be my fault that she wasn't paying attention.Honestly if she doesn't like her job she should just quit and move on and let somebody else provide a better costumer service

Would give a 0 if it was there.. Was told at 9:35am by the cashier that she is on a 10min break, talking to her friends who were in a car, which meant I couldn't go inside to pay and buy stuff..

Transients, drug dealers and homeless are always there. I hate having to go to this gas station. The employees need to start enforcing loitering laws. Its ridiculous. Where are the POLICE? Who runs this city?

The Car Wash at this Shell location shaved both of my wheels on the right side. After talking to the attendant, manager and Shell Corporate Office, I realized that they are not willing to fix the damages. I advise everyone against using this location, actually I advise against the entire Shell services, due to their unwilling attitude toward us, customers.
